It's a smaller car than I normally drive, but even with its age and the mileage it's a reliable vehicle that rides smoothly. I like that it is a V6.

We can't emphasize enough how knowledgeable and informative he was about the Honda Pilot we purchased, as well as, the history of the different model years of the car. This was the first brand new car we had purchased in many years and he took the time to explain to us and show us how to operate all of the new features in today's cars. We had visited other dealerships and they were pricing their new cars with $5-10k mark-ups to MSRP; Performance Kings Honda is not doing that. This is a great family run business. They have a huge selection was very fair pricing. The staff is friendly, and there is absolutely no pressure to buy. I have bought several vehicles here and I have been pleased each time. I would say to keep your E realistic expectations. They sell less very expensive units and they’re in not going to be perfect. Go in knowing what you’re shopping for, unless they’re expensive, used car, and you will have a nice experience like me.

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

I'm usually very hesitant to post a review, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. I just returned home from a car shopping visit to JT Wholesale auto sales. I did not purchase a vehicle during this visit, but that's only because I could not make a decision. The people there are helpful and honest like no other dealership I've encountered in my 75 years. I appreciate and believe in good customer service. Their customer service is first class. You owe it to yourself to give these people a chance to earn your business. You'll not be disappointed. 5 STARS all around. UPDATE..... I returned later and did purchase a vehicle, even though I missed the expiration time for the price upon which we had agreed. Without hesitation they honored the price. It does not get any better than that.

like so many dealers you can e mail , I ask after idk 50 deals what the price for a cr v sport and hearing all the sale pitches and get no answers , Kenny at Pasadena honda reached out , told him im looking for numbers on a crv sport expecting the same thing, can you come in or whatever, but NO he in fact strait up gave me numbers , I told him didn't want to waste his nor my time , and gave him the numbers I wanted to pay ( fast forward a few hours) im now a life time customer
