I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car! Both the service and sales departments were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The sales team truly listened to my needs and understood my financial limitations. They worked with me to get me into a new car without breaking my budget. I left feeling confident, happy, and with a payment that worked for me. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would definitely recommend this dealership!

Phillips Toyota review
Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. The staff was professional, and I appreciated that I did not feel pressured to make a decision. However, I would recommend that anyone shopping here do their homework, research prices, and understand all the details before signing any paperwork. While the buying experience was good, I felt that you need to come prepared and know what you want because you cannot rely on the dealership to guide you toward the best decision for your situation. My advice to future buyers is simple: do your research, ask questions, review all the numbers carefully, and make sure you are comfortable with the deal before signing. Overall, it was a decent experience, but being an informed buyer makes a big difference.

Ventura ToyotaReviews
Ventura Toyota review
I've purchased SEVERAL vehicles from multiple dealerships over the years, and this was my best experience yet! Eddie was a blast to work with! No pressure what so ever, very transparent, easy to communicate with, and he cared about our best interest. My wife absolutely hates buying cars and hates dealing with salespeople, yet she felt at ease with Eddie. Marion, their finance director, was also a pleasure to work with. She was the one who did the finance paperwork with us and she made the process very easy and stress-free. She didn't force anything that we didn't want and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us so that we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. We drove all the way from Sacramento since we couldn't find what my wife wanted locally, and I still say it was well worth the drive!
2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

Acton Toyota of Littleton review
Pedro was great to work and answered every single one of my many questions. When he didnt have the answer ready, he found it for me. A smooth experience all around! I traveled from Martha's Vineyard to pick up the car and Acton Toyota was incredibly accommodating about getting as much of the paperwork done prior to my arrival.
