2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

We had such a wonderful experience buying a Honda Civic. From test driving several models, to learning about the car’s features, to doing finance, and driving away with a new car, every step was easy, well-explained, and timely. Our sales associate, Vahab, was so kind and helpful, as was the management. We really appreciated the ease of the whole process, and we are definitely happy with our decision to go to Capitol Honda for this important purchase!

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

We haven’t bought a car since 2013, it was a Honda Civic. We came here and was completely amazed at the Customer Service the team provided us. Chi and Kent are incredible to work with, understanding to our needs and being mindful of our budget. The trade in was seamless, very low effort from our end and even the Finance Team was patient with all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend to friends and family, as well as continue to come here for future purchases
