I was looking for an Audi RS Q8. I met a young lady named Merry online. I’ve owned over 27 cars and SUV. She educated me on several things about Audi. She was never forcing me to buy but saying what makes sense. I will definitely come to her when I’m ready to buy. Thank you Merry

Chris was a "breath of fresh air!" His people skills were knowledgeable as well as warm and professional. I was agitated when I first arrived because AAA had taken two hours to service me. But after meeting and greeting Chris with his down-to-earth persona, that changed completely. Hoping he'll still be there for my next service.

Being 73 years old, I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships during my lifetime and this was one of the more pleasant experiences. Our sales person, Robert Kinney, was friendly, helpful, and considerate of our time. The deal he presented was straightforward and fairly priced, so we had to do only a small amount of negotiating and we got to a deal quickly. It was a pleasure not to have to go through the usual "B.S." and time wasting. We would buy a car there again.

Sales Associate Chris Brown was wonderful to work with throughout my decision process. He worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with my final decision, we drove several different models and talk openly about my financial goals Worked to get the best pricing & interest rate available. Took the time to show me all the features and options available for the hybrid model. In the end no high pressure sales or gimmicks to sway my thoughts, made me feel like family. Hendricks has serviced several of my vehicles in the past, and I felt comfortable working with Chris and Brad Thompson to create the deal.

Forest City Honda review
(This was awhile ago) A gift, thinking of how amazing they served us in comparison to what we got at Apple Tree Honda could make me cry. Apple Tree Honda sent my wife with a recall without repairing it and it could have lit my pregnant wife's car on fire. Forrest City, didn't skip a beat, they saw it and did it and no questions asked and didn't try to up-sell me anything. They kindly, quickly, and without any hassle fixed my wife's car and charged us nothing as they were suppose to. My wifes car had already started smoking but Apple tree sent her away, after holding the car a long time and doing nothing and being very unresponsive. GO TO FORREST CITY HONDA FOR TRUSTWORTHY HUMANE STAFF- WORTH AN HOUR DRIVE!

We loved our new car buying experience with Bobby Howell and the entire staff at Lake Hartwell Chevrolet They had exactly what we wanted and Bobby gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse and made the entire process quick and enjoyable and we couldn’t be happier with our new Traverse RS. Bobby set up our Instar , paired our phones and set up all of our preferences on our new car and that’s over and above service in our book. We just stopped in looking and left with a no pressure delightful experience along with a new car and a new friend. We will only go to Bobby and Lake Hartwell Chevrolet for all of our future car needs Milt and Joan Underwood

Apple Tree Acura review
After not purchasing a car for several years, I had a wonderful experience with Apple Tree Acura. The salesman, Edward Burt, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. He was extremely nice, very professional and courteous and did not make me feel rushed or dumb for the numerous questions I asked. From the time I walked into the dealership, he welcomed me warmly and was very interested to hear about what I had in mind and could afford. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have already recommended him to two family members who are looking to buy new vehicles.
2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Apple Tree Acura review
I had a great experience at Apple Tree Acura. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted so I came back to test drive a car several times. Tyler in Sales was great - no pressure with the right amount of follow up. Duane, the Sales Manager was very accommodating and we were able to work a deal that was right for us. I'm very happy with my purchase along with the friendliness and service that I received. Also, a quick shout out to the service department where they service our older Acura with the same customer service as if it was brand new.
