Hayes Auto Sales review
I wanted to give a shout out to Ruben staff member at Hayes auto dealership felt like his customer service was impeccable. He even dropped off the vehicle to accommodate my crazy work schedule. He went out of his way from when we first interacted over the phone. He kept me up-to-date and sent me Pictures and videos of The vehicles on the lot. He then walked me through the paperwork and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was Satisfied with my choice. Thank you for your quickness and efficiency.
2003 Honda Accord review
Amazing car, but the door windows are so large, even the slightest bit of being rolled down blows rear passengers away! Not to mention the back glass causes the rear passengers a bit of a sun burn as well! Also, the clear coat on the car literally disintegrated within a few years, even with proper care. Other than that, the Vtec is a nice feature, power everything is also nice.

Just purchased a 2022 Dodge Laramie 2500 from Elk Grove Ford. Our salesman was Mike (self described as big hairy guy with a hat!!) He was absolutely amazing!! Had everything done and prepared for us, as we were coming from San Diego to purchase. Great dealership..even better customer service, which just isn’t always the case these days sadly. Thank you Mike for an excellent experience at Elk Grove Ford.

Roseville Toyota review
Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. I know the car sales game is fast but the experience still matters so I’m happy that they were able to adjust and meet me where I was. I love our new 4Runner. Thank you David, Lori and team.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

2023 Honda Accord review
My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

2014 Honda Accord review
While my 2014 Accord has but 78000 miles on it, it has been showing its 10+ years of age. Power train is fine, but brakes recently showed alarming tendency to seize (corrosion). More recently, I hear either a wheel bearing or CV joint starting to fail in the front end. Also the original starter motor failed at ~40000 miles requiring its replacement. This was not unique to my Accord. I have owned 3 Accords. This 2014 has been the most troublesome. Has Honda's quality control in general been slipping? This Accord would seem to make me believe it has.

I had a wonderful seamless experience! Taylor was great and saved the car we wanted! I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a new car!
2023 Honda Accord review
Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

I got in contact with my salesman Q over the phone on Friday afternoon letting him know I would be coming in the next day and he got everything ready when I got there. I had to travel in from the Salinas Valley, so I really didn’t want my time wasted, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we got to agreeable numbers. From start to finish, it was about 2 hours total. If you have bought cars, you can appreciate how fast that really is. Thank you Q and the rest of the staff for making my trip quick and easy. Thank you to the detailers who had my car shining when I got there!

2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.

2012 Honda Accord review
I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Hayes Auto SalesReviews

I like my car: Works reliably, drove long distances without any problem. After 5 years, LED lighting stopped shining, but Honda Service replaced it, re-extending the warranty. Thanks, Bradley.

I was able to drive some card and liked them but they didn't have exactly what I wanted. The salesperson is still looking for me though and stays in in contact. I like that

CarMax West SaharaReviews
CarMax West Sahara review
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
2015 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

CarMax BakersfieldReviews
CarMax Bakersfield review
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.
