When I filled out the application I was a little unsure how this was going to pan out. I just had a recent divorce, my credit was not desirable and I just started my new position. I received a call from my sales representative, named Paul. As transparent as I was, he insisted I come in and he'd get me in a vehicle. No lie, I wasn't even there over an hour and he secured a new car for me. The way the cater to me and made things happen felt awesome. They were 100% on my side. I never had that type of experience before!

Jay Honda review
My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.

Liberty Ford Vermilion review
My sales rep, Norman, was very professional, polite, provided direct answers to my questions, and not pushy. I had done my research and knew what the market value of their truck was , as well as the value of my trade, they matched my expectations in both areas. Very pleasant experience!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!
