Computer system update to cruise control, with listed programming time of 20 minutes. Dealer offered a loaner car, which I declined as I hoped total experience wouldn't exceed two hours. From time that "mandatory inspection of vehicle was completed" until required update was accomplished was 50 minutes, with total time at dealership as three hours. A little longer than anticipated BUT didn't require a second trip. Tesla computer updates are able to be done at home. Is Honda working on similar tech?

We scheduled a repair of our 2018 Honda CR-V's A/C system. Dealer disassembled our car and determined that there were two issues, one covered by a recall and one not. Because they did not have the part in stock to correct the non-covered repair they provided a loaner car. Part came in one day sooner than expected and both issues were solved. Glad to have reliable A/C prior to an upcoming road-trip. Thank You.

Kendall Honda did a great job from beginning to end. Thank you Nicole for your attention to detail. LOF, had a Recall, was giving a loaner car and I had a chipped window repaired there at the shop!
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Toyota of Corvallis review
After a bad experience with the previous owner of this dealership I had vowed never to buy another Toyota. However, my conversation with an AI bot indicated a specific model of Toyota would best fit my needs. Maya worked all week to find that model. Unfortunately, there were none on the horizon. Then late in the week she was able to come up with an option for a vehicle one step higher at the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy in the first place. Thank you Maya.
