Yesterday the 05/14/25 I bought a 2025 Honda civic sport from Piazza Honda of Springfield. I must say I have nothing but praise and admiration for the team of professionals that that work there. Special mention goes out to the sales team which dealt with me throughout, namely Jeremiah Thomas, Andy George the sales manager and finance manager. These people went above and beyond to assist me and I'm grateful. I would definitely recommend Piazza of Springfield next time you do business.

As a woman & owner of a 2020 Honda Civic ,I normally dred going to the car dealer ,even for an oil change. I can honestly say the my last experience @Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was actually amazing...Exuberant customer service, starting with their VALET attendants. These gentleman were very attentive, professional and kind. They made sure I understood each & every part of the service process....The service dept was equally polite, and displayed alot of patience as it took a few seconds for me to understand some of the automotive language....The wait time wasn't bad at all but the fact that someone comes to check on you & gives you updates on the cars process & progress was top tier for me...Thank you to everyone who played apart in my Honda experience 😀 👍🏽🚘

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

I didnt make an appointment but it was no problem for them to get me with someone immediately. I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. Both the application for insurance and the loan took about equal time but after two or three hours, I drove the car I wanted home with no problems and a happy customer

Davis HondaReviews
Davis Honda review
I have been doing business with Davis Honda (previously Willis Honda) for almost 16 years. I have always gotten wonderful service and can’t say enough about the professionalism of this dealership. Recently I learned that my 2024 Honda CRV EX which only had 22,000 miles, had (4) dry rotted tires. This was very concerning to me and very unsafe. I brought my concern to Service Advisor, Jessica T (who is wonderful and very friendly) who in turn introduced me directly to Service Manager, Joe L. Joe made a call to his superior who was not willing to make any type of correction to my tires. I spoke with Joe and he decided, if I agreed, that Davis could pay for two Michelin tires, alignment, mount and balance and we would only be responsible for two additional tires. We went with this options as we did not want the Bridgestone tires that Honda places on their CRV’s. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Davis Honda. I have had dealing with Service Advisors, Jessica T, Sean, Matt and now Joe L. This is a dealership who will stand by their products and offer exceptional customer service to all.
