In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.
Great experience, nice facility, helpful staff and thorough examination of my vehicle. Went in to get the airbag recall replacement completed. I was given a list of items that will need attention soon and not pressured to have them completed immediately. It was very different from the high pressure service centers I???ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don???t get everything fixed immediately.
My salesman, Chris Vasilik, was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what my needs were and helped me find what I wanted with a smile. The sales service was fantastic and the finance department was exceptional. I???ve bought several different cars in my lifetime so far, but I???ll be sticking with Honda of Murfreesboro from here on out.
This Honda dealership is absolutely beautiful! The customer service was fantastic. The waiting room was the nicest I???ve ever been in by far. Very nice people, prompt service, lovely environment. Highly recommend!!
After searching for Ford Edges, I located a candidate at this dealership. I emailed them and received a prompt response. Dave McDonald was my contact and sales person. Photos of the car where spot on. We worked out the purchase by phone. Submitted a credit application by secure site on their website. paid a deposit to secure the vehicle over the phone. They contacted me to advise loan was approved and the terms. Drove about 31/2 hours to finalize the deal and take delivery. Very good experience. The dealership's inventory appears to be of good quality across the board. They buy nicer cars for resale. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. Mike in finance was very easy to work with as well.
The staff was so wonderful! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, really wanted to make sure you were getting the best car for you and your family. I was treated with respect and staff was very courteous ! I want to let everyone know that I would not hesitate to come back to this dealership in Cool Springs.

Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
Called ahead to schedule a test drive of an 07 fj. Levi met us at the door with keys and tags. He was very very informative and had all the answers to my questions. Levi was very professional with a down to earth attitude. Great guy! Great service! Great all around experience. Thank you all so much. Greg poteet
