Went in for oil change and tire rotation, but John looked up and realized I haven’t already paid for tire rotations for the life of our tires and pointed that out to me. I had been taking it to grease xxxxxx, but it was not any more expensive at the dealership. He was very friendly and professional. I never felt he was trying to sell me something.

AutoSavvy Woods Cross review
We didn't end up purchasing our vehicle here, but we really appreciated the professionalism of Brayden they were patient with us over multiple visits. Answering all of our questions and giving us the time we needed to make a decision. Although we ultimately chose to go a different direction, they handled the situation with understanding and worked with us to finalize everything. Smoothly, we're grateful for their time, flexibility and willingness to treat us with respect throughout the process.

Had the car for a week. Fun to drive. I like the way the interior looks. The seats are a little stiff and no lumbar support, that’s why I gave 4 stars on comfort. Have been getting about 45 mpg combined.

Third car we’ve purchased from Auto Savvy, second from this location, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carter asked what features we were looking for and found the exact car we wanted, rather than pushing a car on us - even though it wasn’t listed online. Amazing customer service, the trade in & financing experience was quick and easy while getting a great trade in value for our precious SUV. We are thrilled with our new Telluride and would recommend Lindon to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

These guys are not pushy, knowledgeable, and did a great job overall. I was in and out in a few hours when I was just there to browse. They didn’t pressure me at all, they just helped me find the right truck and got me exactly what I was looking for So I had no other reason but to get qualified and get things done right then in there. I have been looking at trucks for the last few months and went here to check out a different truck, but they actually got me a better one. Jonathan Did a solid job if you end up running into him at this Dealer.

I picked up my 2024 Ford F-150 from the Draper location. The process was smooth and went well. Landen did a great job following up with me through the several times we returned to drive different trucks! The manager was also very helpful as we walked through the process! It's a really well run business! I recommend Autosavvy of Draper for sure! Great experience overall!

They were upfront about the initial damage and parts replaced. Jesus was professional and helpful throughout the process. Car buying is usually too long and I’m always ready to leave long before it’s over, this was still the case but I’m satisfied with the car purchase.
2025 Honda Civic Hybrid review
My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

Aaron was very helpful, good listener and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he found out quickly and shared with me. Although he is new he will do great things for your business. Mark was great with the explaining the process and answering my questions; I appreciated his professionalism.

Great quick transaction, this was the 3rd vehicle we bought from here. Mohammad was excellent and Hyrum was spot on. Paperwork was sent before no hassle buy with no pressure to get any additional extras or fees. Outstanding service it took about 30 minutes to get numbers for my trade in. I would recommend.

Muhammed is honestly one of the best people to work with if you’re trying to buy a car. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He took his time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and really made sure I was getting the right car for me not just rushing a sale. His customer service is top tier and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making money. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, honest, and easy to work with, ask for Muhammed. It was a pleasure working with him and Gustavo as well. Amazing experience!

Would highly recommend Dylan and Jay. We will be back for any other cars we need here in Utah. So grateful for your help getting the car we wanted. (And loved the clean, well thought out and beautifully kept areas of the facility.)
