2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

i met with kristian to help me find my first preowned car as a young adult. he was nothing but kind, helpful, and personable. he went out of his way to find the car for me, even bringing some over from other stores. the whole sales process was so easy because he explained everything. he took the time to look up the history of the cars i was looking at and even helped with research. as for northtown autos, they had a wide collection of preowned and new cars, so i was able to find the right fit for me. would recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely come back again. thanks to kristian and the northtown autos team for everything!

Northtown Honda review
It's a big deal when you help your daughter pick out her first car. I was glad I found the folks at Northtown Auto when we wanted to find a pre-owned vehicle. They had a great selection, and it is obvious they only sell quality cars. I wanted something safe and reliable for my daughter to drive back and forth to our house 3 hours away. Kristian was our salesperson and did a great job of listening to our needs and wants and finding cars that matched our desires. His >20 years of working in the business shone through, as he navigated their system to get us three different cars to test drive (even gong to get one at a different location). He even helped do some of the research on the cars histories so we could make an informed decision. The cars were very clean and detailed, and I know we will be happy with the car for years to come. With two other younger drivers in the pipeline, I know I will be returning to Northtown Autos to look for other cars in the future. These guys are great to work with to find the right car for anyone

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Dick Ide Honda and the second vehicle in the past 15 months. Jennifer Flammia was our sales consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we were dealing with a longtime friend, not someone i had just met minutes ago. She didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I wanted. She did a great job of helping us get the 2026 Ridgeline setup before we drove away. She made sure we knew she was available after the sale to help us if needed. She knew the vehicle very well and pointed out all the little things that separated the Ridgeline from other competing brands in the mid-size pickup class. She had a great sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs before we left with our Ridgeline. I will absolutely 100 percent buy my next vehicle from Jennifer.

Ide Honda review
Excellent experience… no pressure and Jenn F provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I felt like the car I purchased was priced where it should be and competitive to the local market. I’d buy another car from Jenn and Ide in the future and recommend them to others as well.
