My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.

I truly had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer. From the very beginning, she took the time to walk me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything along the way. She was always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had, and she responded every time in such a timely manner. What I appreciated most was how patient, kind, and easy to talk to Jennifer was. She made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time. Having someone who was so attentive and genuinely helpful made the whole process feel much less stressful. Jennifer was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly personable. I really felt like she cared about making sure I had a good experience. I’m very grateful for all of her help, guidance, and communication throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Dick Ide Honda and the second vehicle in the past 15 months. Jennifer Flammia was our sales consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we were dealing with a longtime friend, not someone i had just met minutes ago. She didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I wanted. She did a great job of helping us get the 2026 Ridgeline setup before we drove away. She made sure we knew she was available after the sale to help us if needed. She knew the vehicle very well and pointed out all the little things that separated the Ridgeline from other competing brands in the mid-size pickup class. She had a great sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs before we left with our Ridgeline. I will absolutely 100 percent buy my next vehicle from Jennifer.

Excellent experience… no pressure and Jenn F provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I felt like the car I purchased was priced where it should be and competitive to the local market. I’d buy another car from Jenn and Ide in the future and recommend them to others as well.

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Vision Nissan of CanandaiguaReviews
Vision Nissan of Canandaigua review
My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV here about 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car that were repaired prior to the purchase. That was done as promised. However about 2 weeks after taking possession of the car the safety features were disabled and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We brought it back and they had their service Dept. work on it. Fast forward a few days after that repair and it happened again. They took it in and ended up replacing the radar system and re-calibrating the safety features. They did all of this at no cost to us. Manager Thomas Conradt and salesperson, Rachel stack were great throughout the process. They took care of us as they said they would. In todays world of getting stiffed by seemingly everyone, this restored our faith in humanity. Vision Nissan was great! I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. In addition to this, they gave us a good price on the car and a fair value for our trade. If you're looking for a car head over there and talk to them. They can help you.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!
