City Chevrolet of Grayslake review
Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service. In addition, Roger Aguilera and Chris Capperelli are also great with customer service. Thank you. Lowell B. Raven, CPA

CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. We found ‘the one’ that was right for us. Paul made sure we had everything we needed and was great to chat with while waiting for finance to do their thing. I highly recommend working with Paul!

Wilde Honda review
Dear James O'Brien and James Reifenrath, I want to give a huge thank‑you to the entire team at Wilde Honda for providing exceptional service during both of our recent vehicle purchases. Every staff member we worked with treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect. Temuulen Iderzul went above and beyond -- truly giving 110% -- to make sure we were taken care of. Tyler Zane made sure every step of the process was handled properly so we felt confident in our purchase. Allen May helped us with financing during our first visit and was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately, our first vehicle was totaled just three days after purchase. Because of the incredible service we received, we didn't hesitate to return to Wilde Honda for our second vehicle. This time, we worked with Malissa Logue in finance. She is smart, talented, and truly knows her job. She made the paperwork process smooth and stress‑free -- she is absolutely an asset to the dealership. Throughout both visits, we felt welcomed, valued, and respected. It's rare to find customer service of this caliber. The professionalism and dedication of the staff reflect the strong leadership and positive culture within this dealership. We highly recommend Wilde Honda to anyone in Wisconsin looking for a trustworthy, customer‑focused dealership. If you want a team that truly cares about Sincerely, Dr. Janice Pugh

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. A huge thank you to Maria Alcantara and everyone at DCH Paramus Honda for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the car and the team there!
