With Hendrick Honda, they had a real person answering the phone, listening to my questions, giving me actual information, and set me an appointment. I actually ended up at a different dealership than where I set the appointment (same owner), but Vivan was so helpful, informative, and friendly. My car was ready in no time and they even sent me a video of all the mechanics in my vehicle. I could not be more impressed or at ease before my 750+ mile trip home to my clueless hometown dealership.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.
