I had a great experience at Honda of Mentor purchasing a new 2026 Ridgeline. Chuck Cybulski gave me excellent sale support both before AND after purchasing the vehicle. Steve Orosz in finance was also very helpful, allowing me to take extended warranty brochures home to review BEFORE finalizing the deal. Great inventory. Very clean.

Apostolakis Honda review
I had such a great experience buying my new car! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and never pressured. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting!

Classic Honda is great to work with. We just completed our fourth lease with them and are completely satisfied as we have been in the past. Our sales rep, Charlie G, was helpful as he has always been and the process was seamless and complete.

Mo Assad and Adam were 2 good dudes. They helped me pick the right vehicle for me and my children. They even assisted in helping me get to a good price point for monthly payments. Mo was very knowledgeable about Honda and helped me connect to all of the electronic features.

Apostolakis Honda review
I called and spoke with Scott Dahman before arriving at Apostolakis Honda to ask about a particular vehicle that I was interested in. He said he would have it pulled up out front so that I could take a test drive when I arrived. I explained in advance that I was not making a purchase that day, but I most likely would be making a decision to make a purchase soon. Scott was true to his word and had the 2026 Honda Passport out front when I arrived with my brother. After meeting Scott and going over the main features of the vehicle, he asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easily answered my questions. There was no pressure at any point, and we sat down and worked out a clean deal. I wrote a check for a deposit, and we set a date and time for later that week to complete the sale. When arriving to complete the purchase and financing, everything was in order and after making the transaction, Scott ensured that the vehicle was set up perfectly for me, pairing my iPhone, setting the car seat and mirrors before I left the dealership. He has followed up with an email to let me know that he is still available if I have any questions. I had a good experience and can highly recommend Scott.

My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.
