When dropping the car off, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Matt was extremely courteous and helpful. .He even arranged for an Uber which arrived within 5 minutes to take me home. The experience was the same at pickup! The repairs were done right and in a timely manner. Great experience!

I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

My Mom returned a leased vehicle, because she only used half of the miles they gave her a very nice check for the unused miles. The next day my dad realized he left his wallet in the Glove box ! Karen Reber drove to where the car was taken to be cleaned and recovered his wallet :-) Thank You Karen

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Everyone from front desk to finance was friendly and took the initiative to leave us with as few questions as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a test drive with John and with Luther!

Without a doubt, our car buying experience at Brookdale Honda was the best we've ever had. We had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Joe Hartzen, providing us with a level of service we will not soon forget. Not only was the process, start to finish, extremely efficient...they were fair, honest, and truly authentic! A gold standard in customer care. We're happy to report we are in love with our Honda CR-V. It's a wonderful thing, finding a trusted sales team, as well as a new go-to dealership. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Luther Hopkins Honda. They contacted us right away, we drove up on a Saturday and were greeted at the door, offered coffee, water, snacks until our saleswomen Lauren was available to help us. We drove home with a gorgeous 2026 Honda passport. Easy to work with, answered all our questions.

The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
I don’t buy for this dealer (due to distance) however had great communication, straight forward pricing, and even suggestions from Abigail! Abigail is prompt in her response! Would contact her and this dealer again in the future!
