Johnson City Honda review
I just purchased my Honda Passport from Gary at Johnson City Honda. He was a wonderful salesman and very knowledgeable. I love the vehicle that I got! It’s been my dream car since I was in high school. Gary did everything he could to get me into that vehicle at the price I was looking for! Normally it takes forever when you purchase a new car, but this experience didn’t take long at all. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership, especially Gary Miller!

I’ve owned dozens of new vehicles that have always been serviced by the dealerships. This is far by the best service center I’ve dealt with, probably because Service Advisor Craig Wright is amazing. He always has a smile on his face and makes you feel like part of the Honda family.

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from JC Honda, the 2nd with Steve Cowan. Steve is a wonderful salesman. He worked with us for several months, showing us many vehicles, to find the right one for us and our budget. He was very patient and helpful with any questions we had. Steve went above and beyond for us and we recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to JC Honda and ask for Steve. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks, Steve! We will always be grateful for all of your help. I hope the dealership managers and owner know how well you treat your customers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a great deal on the purchase of a new CRV. Heather took the time to help us set up vehicle settings and explained things related to our new car. I would recommend this dealership when purchasing a new Honda. Our new CRV is awesome also.

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

(This was awhile ago) A gift, thinking of how amazing they served us in comparison to what we got at Apple Tree Honda could make me cry. Apple Tree Honda sent my wife with a recall without repairing it and it could have lit my pregnant wife's car on fire. Forrest City, didn't skip a beat, they saw it and did it and no questions asked and didn't try to up-sell me anything. They kindly, quickly, and without any hassle fixed my wife's car and charged us nothing as they were suppose to. My wifes car had already started smoking but Apple tree sent her away, after holding the car a long time and doing nothing and being very unresponsive. GO TO FORREST CITY HONDA FOR TRUSTWORTHY HUMANE STAFF- WORTH AN HOUR DRIVE!

Morganton Honda review
A couple of days ago I went to Morganton Honda and left with a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline truck. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Good people, efficient service, fair prices, and good trade-in value all combined to make my experience great. They've gotten a new long term customer in me!
