This is my FAVORITE Honda Dealership I have ever been too. It was my first and definitely not my last time. My advisor Rachelle was wonderful and honest. The customer wait area was actually clean, they have snacks and coffee. The wait wasn’t really that long and Rachelle kept me up to date with my vehicle. Absolutely wonderful 5 stars!

Valley Hi Honda review
I had an excellent experience at the dealership during my recent maintenance service. My service advisor, JoAnn Macaluso, was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and made sure the service was completed efficiently and on time. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Everything that was quoted online was the same when we went into the store. Best car burying experience ever! We were helped by Johnson Dinh and he was super transparent and helpful. Didn’t make us feel like we were being held hostage, and we were only in store for about two hours from start to finish. We received everything we hoped to as far as bottom line, rate and payment. Would highly recommend Valley Hi Honda for your next car purchase.

Cole was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. He saw that my repairs were done in a timely manner. I knew I needed an oil change but when they did their Check, they discovered other things that needed to be addressed. He was kind and helped me decide what needed to be done right now and what could wait a bit. I truly appreciate his help and all of the good work at Honda. Excellent care all around !👍

Not really good with reviews because I’m not too smart, not good with words. Just would like to say I always get great service from Billy Tam. He is a very nice caring and professional service member. Thank you!
