Excellent car. Almost no trouble in 13 years of ownership. Extremely reliable. Easy to maintain. Only complaint is that it is noisier than I would like on the highway.

Trevor was very pleasant....he was very helpful. The only mark against them in my book...was I made the deal on Saturday gave them till Friday at 2 to have the car prepped and paperwork done. The car was ready but the paperwork was not.. appointment was at 2 didn't see anyone till 2:45 from finance... another 15 minutes later finally sat down with him. (Mind you no trade in or financing needed) 6 signatures later everything done in 5 minutes after all the updates turned down ... finally completed...I will definitely recommend them but keeping us sitting for an hour was a bit unreasonable.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Marty's Auto review
Ninety-five percent of the cars on the lot are rebuilt, with prices that reflect that. The quality of the mechanical work is excellent. Our salesman, Brad, was helpful and knowledgeable. They submit your credit app to multiple lenders, so that there is competition. Ended up with the car we wanted at a good price and a very competitive rate. Only false note was offering an after-market warranty that has a poor online reputation. Made things as easy as they could be. Willing to show us cars that hadn't been rebuilt yet, in case we were interested and willing to wait, rather than pushing us to take something off the lot immediately. Car came with a decent set of tires, too.

I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

We got to the trade and write up... they xxxxxx me off.. they too the game out of the equation. They gave a very fair trade value and the numbers great. I couldn't say anything.. I was dumbfounded..lol this was the best car buying experience ever had. Shoot i sold cars and I was pleasantly surprised.. shot out to the GM and my salesman..

2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Upper Valley Honda is the best place to buy a car! They are a no pressure dealership. They worked with me and stayed within my payment range, without trying to push higher. Shawna and Kyle were awesome to work with! Hands down the best experience!!!
2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Once again I am completely satisfied with the service of my ten year old Honda Accord. I have had nothing but the greatest experiences at every service visit. I will never buy anything but Honda's because of the friendly, professional, expertise that I have received over the past thirty years of dealing with this Honda service department. This Honda service department has kept my cars running in top notch performance! I am very grateful that Bob has always been so cheerful and made me feel like family. Both of my daughters have recently purchased Honda's because they know how satisfied that I am as a long time Honda owner. This service department is the reason that I love Honda's. They always go above and beyond for their customers satisfaction. I will always recommend Honda in Berlin to all of my friends and family because of the fabulous service.

We weren’t planning on purchasing a new vehicle for a couple months just shopping around. But we spoke with John England and was professional, informative and didn’t feel pushed by him. By end of day I was going home in a Honda Pilot Elite that I absolutely love. Highly recommend John !! We’ll definitely be working with him in the future.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Recently I needed an unexpected tire repair. I can’t thank Jody, one of the service managers at our local Della in Queensbury. After working with the automated system to schedule an appointment I was connected to Jody who fit me in immediately & also took care of other services I was scheduled for. This saved me from having to schedule another separate appointment. In the many years of doing business with Della Jody has always worked to accommodate The customer’s needs.
