I’ve been buying parts from Jones Ford for decades. I finally purchased a new car from Jones Ford about a year ago. Mostly because I have always been treated so nicely even by Mr. Walters. I’ve gotten to know the parts people in some of the texts and mechanics well enough to say that there some of the nicest and most humble techs and mechanics I’ve ever encountered. The only morning I would have Franny dealership is to hire good people at every level of the organization and then trust them. Putting too many barriers between the customer and those who actually do the work takes away from the “good neighbor” feel of a dealership. Jones Ford loved me for years before I bought a car. I recently returned to purchase another new car. The salesmen I dealt with were exceptional and to me perfect in every way they treated me. Other dealers lost my loyalty simply because they don’t understand love and respect.
Our salesman Moses was a extremely nice person worked with my daughter to get her car . The finance man sorry cant remember his name but you know who you are explained everything took time with us overall great experience
The experience was far better than past dealings with Auto sales people. No haggle and no hassle here. The entire process was as one would hope or could be expected. I did my homework before I arrived as to be in the know, but it ends up it wasn't needed. The salesmen, Chuck, was kind and considerate. He walked through each step efficiently. The finance officer was candid, cheerful, and gave exactly the monthly payment I had calculated prior to seeing the car search. I would recommend this salesmen and dealership. Gotta tell ya, my experience buying a car at Stokes Mazda was unbelievable. Called up, asked for the car I wanted. Dropped by a week later after it got off the truck, and drove off with it. Chuck didn???t give me the runaround. Was transparent the entire process. Went above and beyond. Felt like family. I tell you what, this is the only dealership I???ll go to in the future. With the teamwork of his fellow workers we were able to get a loan with a good rate, get our insurance updated, learn all about the workings of our new truck, and he gave us the name of business that sprayed the truck bed with Linex (Tri-County Linex) at dealer cost! I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
