2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

James S was tenacious in help locating problem with my Hyundai and working with the technicians. Even though part was back ordered, through no fault of Toyota, James kept me updated. Jeff, in rental, was very competent. Wonderful to work with, had contacts ready to go for each month.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. Our Salesman was super helpful and was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. The cars were from two different brands on two different platforms and he offered sound reviews and advice on both. It was super convenient to be able to sit in any car on the lot. The financing process was easy as well. Overall very happy with my car and experience.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.

Leith Inc is the BEST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF NC HANDS DOWN!!! I purchased an Acura MDX last month and the service that I received from Rodney Hamlet (Sales), Matt (Mgr) and Jay (F&I) was immaculate! At the same time, my niece purchased a vehicle as well. They even went out of their way to pick her up from Charlotte! I just want to say, “Thank you guys for all of your honesty and prompt attention to our needs!” So if there’s anyone in need for a vehicle or just want to add to their fleet, go and check these guys out immediately! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 100 stars, I would!) Let me just say this: I was trapped in an absolute NIGHTMARE lemon of a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Blue Hybrid. Total disaster — constant issues, endless stress, and zero peace of mind. I honestly thought I was stuck. Then I walked into Leith Honda Aberdeen, and everything changed. Ken worked patiently with me, never pushy, just calm and supportive through the whole process. Tim was beyond amazing — thorough to a fault, making sure every last detail was explained, every concern addressed. And then there’s Mat the manager — this man went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the deal actually worked in my favor, not just theirs. That kind of leadership sets the tone, and it shows in the whole team. They pulled me out of that lemon nightmare and into a gorgeous, reliable CR-V Hybrid that has been nothing short of life-changing. I went from daily anxiety to complete peace of mind the moment I drove it off the lot. Leith Honda Aberdeen didn’t just sell me a car — they gave me back my sanity and restored my faith in dealerships. Ken, Tim, and Mat deserve 100 stars out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟

Austin and the gentleman that greeted me were awesome. I totally trust Austin which is really something for me to feel that way about a service department. I have been coming to the same service department since buying my Honda 11 years ago and every visit has been more like dealing with a friend than a business.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car.

2010 Honda CR-V review
We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

We have always dealt with Dieffenbach for all of our car needs. We are very loyal to them as they are to us.
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

My Experience: I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and how smooth the transaction went all the way through the finance. My salesman was Braulio Rivera which I have bought 8 cars plus from another dealership. I WILL follow him anywhere he would go because of honestly, loyalty, and the way he listens to what I need and want. I was very impressed with Mr. Acosta and Mr Ric Harvatin in finance for the smooth ending. This dealership is very thorough on going over the car to make sure I understood how all features worked and made sure I was happy. Thank you to your whole staff Bryan Honda Fayetteville

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Needed a new vehicle after having an accident and my previous car being a total lost. These people and dealership went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left with the vehicle I WANTED. Not like some dealers that is what they think you should have or reccomend. James was awesome and cater all my needs and want both friendly and courteous. Also, Kevin McGirt aswesome guy and got me what I wanted. I came in there with an open previous car loan of my total lost car, bad credit due to my divorce and exhusband adding me as a co-signer to two vehicle he defaulted. They worked with my issues and barriers and got me approved! Awesome clerk at customer service Lynn Duck. She kept followinf up with me to ensure I was serviced by the Honda team! Thank you Honda!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I walked in for a used car but Jeremy thought I deserved more than something used so he got me a brand new car for the same price I would have paid for a used car! I love my 2019 Honda Civic! He’s a great salesman and he makes sure that the car you want will fit your financial needs!

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

Charles Butts was excellent! My daughter bought her first car and it was a smooth and relatively quick process. We found the car in the website and purchased the next day.

I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. A huge thank you to Maria Alcantara and everyone at DCH Paramus Honda for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the car and the team there!

Great on line communication. Ended up purchasing closer to home. Their Tundra’s were priced at a good price.
