Service was for an oil change and tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection was done with no charge. Service completed in a timely manner, and my service advisor Glenn was friendly and professional. There are two Honda dealerships closer, but I drive the 40 miles to Love Honda for their trustworthy service.
Our scheduled check up for our Honda went very well. Jodie helped us by phone, time setup and when we arrived. There were several things seemed to be needed, we chose from the list what to be done that day. We appreciate Jodi, she is always friendly and helpful.
When I stopped in to make an appointment for the recall on the air bags , they made my appointment right away . I dropped off my vehicle & it was done in 2 hrs. ! It took me a year & 1/2 to get the recall done on the airbags plus contacting the National Safety Board to get it done ! Thank you Love Honda for the qreat service !
My car just turned 36000 miles, fortunately I scheduled this repair just before that occurred. This is the second instance where the led light strip , running light or whatever you call it has failed. Honda has taken a minor light bulb replacement issue and turned it into a 400 dollar replace the entire headlight assembly. Led light strips are supposedly more reliable, why aren???t they. I think Honda should look into this quality control issue. What is the frequency of occurrence on all Honda Accords? Will Honda address this as a defect when it fails next time?😒
I had a delightful time choosing my new Nissan Rogue 2018. If it hadn’t been for Arianny and all the knowledge and professionalism that she showed me, I would had left to shop somewhere else. She is a great asset to NIssan Crystal River. She possess great customer relations skills!
