I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

Buerkle Hyundai review
We recently purchased a vehicle from Berkley Hyundai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lulu was absolutely amazing. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Her authenticity and willingness to answer our questions honestly were a big reason we decided to purchase our vehicle. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Jacob in Finance was equally impressive. He made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly, making the paperwork process smooth and easy. I highly recommend the combination of Lulu and Jacob. Together they created one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've had. The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the slow internet connection on Lulu's computer, which caused a few delays. Other than that, the experience was outstanding, and we are very happy with our purchase.
