Wali, in the service department, was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through all the services needed related to the maintenance minder code on my vehicle and the cost. He even took the time to look up when i last had something done. Very pleasant and helpful

I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Everyone from front desk to finance was friendly and took the initiative to leave us with as few questions as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a test drive with John and with Luther!

Luther Brookdale Honda review
Without a doubt, our car buying experience at Brookdale Honda was the best we've ever had. We had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Joe Hartzen, providing us with a level of service we will not soon forget. Not only was the process, start to finish, extremely efficient...they were fair, honest, and truly authentic! A gold standard in customer care. We're happy to report we are in love with our Honda CR-V. It's a wonderful thing, finding a trusted sales team, as well as a new go-to dealership. Thank you!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

I had a very good experience with RichfieldBloomington Honda. Mason was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. Neil handled my paperwork in a speedy and transparent manner. He showed all of my options, but did not push to sell me anything I wasn’t interested in. I would definitely recommend them.

I went in for service and left with a new car! Meng was great and everyone backing him up helped to make the entire experience smooth and pleasurable. Blake and Andres in service took care of my most recent CRV, while I discovered a new 2026 CRV to take home! I have been very happy with Luther Hopkins Honda and all the employees who have helped me there. I must say that I am also very happy with the Honda cars as well, especially enjoying the Hybrid CRV's. The choice below asks New, Used or Service. I picked Service, but could also fill in Sales (New).
