We shopped every Honda dealership from Mississippi to Pensacola and they were by far the best to work with! Gave us what we asked for on pricing, definitely will be back!

I have never liked buying a car until I went to Pensacola Honda. Everybody there was very nice, especially Jason. If I buy a new car again, I am going there

Pensacola Honda review
Purchasing the Honda Odyssey at Pensacola Honda was the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new car! Wendy helped me via the internet purchase process and the trade-in information. Cynthia greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and handled every phase of the purchase. Jason (?) negotiated with me regarding the internet trade-in deal and agreed to honor what was promised online. And Ben (offered me extended care (which I have so far rejected because I was purchasing a Honda, the best minivan in the car industry). Every Pensacola Honda employee did a fantastic job in the process. (Giving each one a 10 out of 10 rating would be too low!) And, the curtesy, professional care, and attention to detail provided by Cynthia was way over the top! I will (and already have have) recommend Pensacola to my friends and associates as the best place in the southeast to purchase a new vehicle. And, Pensacola Honda will be the first place I contact when Carole and I need a new vehicle in the future! Delbert Summey

Best experience we have had at a dealership. Raashaun was over the top. Great customer service, looked out for us, communicated every step of the way. Finance guy was great, and their Sales Manager Shane called and asked if we needed anything several days after the deal. Definitely coming back, definitely referring!

I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed online. I arrived and was greeted promptly. I was expecting to wait at least a couple of hours for the service ti ve complete. But it only took approximately 20 minutes.

Oil change done. ? Faulty Dinging second row seat belt in a 2026 fixed. ? Because I didn't want to pay over $300 for something that should be recalled!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

I have never had a better car buying experience in my life. Amber (sales) and Justin (finance) made the process so easy, and they stayed later (on a Saturday) just to make sure everything was done properly. Everyone that we interacted with was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a clean, reliable car!

Came in for an oil change, but the diagnostic showed me that I desperately needed tires. Loved everything from the moment I pulled in and was met by Jeremy to the video diagnostic to the moment I drove away with my new tires!!! Definitely recommending Honda of Harvey to friends and family.
