2026 Honda HR-V review
My 2026 HRV Sport came with the Hankook 18 inch tires and rode rough. I upgraded to 17 inch Michelin Primacy A/S. It made a world of difference improving the ride. Its smoother, and quieter with the Michelins. What I like about the HRV: 1. Price. OTD price was 28,600, but that included a trade in with about 1000 equity. Its hard to find a decent car under 30,000 that is not a Kia or Hyundai. 2. Safety tech. The sport model has adaptive cruise, blind spot monitor and lane keep assist, which make the car safer. 3. Easy to drive. You dont have to get a phd in the touch screen and controls, they are intuitive and easily learned, unlike my Toyota, which has a glitchy, awkward infotainment system. 4. Rear seats go all the way down and lay almost flat. This gives more room and its large for the class. 5. Spare tire. Many car companies want you to call AAA everytime you have a flat. Bad idea. The HRV not only has a spare but lots of room with the spare with special compartments for stuff like flashlights, car emergency equipment stored out of the way and the like. 6. Easy entrance and exit the vehicle even tho it does not have power seats. They slide back easily without a problem. 7. Very nice consul with storage underneath the shifter, along with usb plugs. Good place to put phone or other items. 8. Naturally aspirated long lasting non turbo engine. Turbos run hot and burn the oil and your engine. Avoid Turbos. 9. Nice that it has remote start, without buying a super expensive subscription like a Toyota. I like that Honda seems to appreciate its customers, not trying to burn us each month for more money to get the car to work right, like some companies. Are car payments not high enough for car companies so they find a need to force us to pay even more for glitchy, irritating, complicated and often non working subscriptions? Im unaware of any un needed subscriptions or apps to download and enrich hackers, on the HRV which is quite refreshing after owning 2 Toyotas with multiple subsrciption profit (for the compnay) enhancers. Dislikes: I have not yet had a chance to drive it on a longer trip, but other reviewers sometimes complained the front seat was not that comfortable, lacking a lumbar support. I thought the seat was slightly narrow, but thats because Im fat. I dont like removal of Sirius XM radio. Yes, you can, and I did, hook that up to Sirius on my phone, but that is just not the same.

They are good honest people over there at Auburn Honda. I flew out from New Mexico to buy a used car sight unseen and they represented it honestly as it was just as they had stated it to be. The salesman Todd was helpful in everyway to make the sale a smooth transition coming from out of state and Ty made the final closing with all the paperwork transaction seamless. I would definitely fly out and buy another car from these people if they had what I was in need of again! Thanks Auburn Honda

2026 Honda HR-V review
Previous ownership of Honda vehicles because of their reliability. It' the number reason for this purchase. The HR-V is perfect for my wife and I as it's affordable to operate and maintain, comfortable size wise, simplistic in its design and features. So many vehicles just have too many electronic extras that just are not needed or even used. Love the clean design and fit and finish of the interior components, dash, panels, trim and seats etc. It's Honda reliability, a nice car for the price.

2023 Honda HR-V review
For: Safety, Reliability, 2.0 liter K series engine has been proven to be a long lasting, relatively low maintenance power plant devoid of direct fuel injection, turbo .. The engine is smooth and quiet unless pushed hard. The chassis is capable. The ride good for this class of vehicle, especially if fitted with improved tires such as the Michelin Defender 2. Brakes are good. Headlights decent, Cabin room is good. Knee room more than adequate in the rear seats. Overall a well thought out design. Negatives : If you drive fast this is not the vehicle for you. Fuel economy is not as good as direct injection competitors. Don’t expect to tow anything as it’s a CVT. The rumored upcoming hybrid will make this an even better vehicle.

Folsom Lake NissanReviews
Folsom Lake Nissan review
On Sunday, August 2, 2026 my granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Folsom Lake Nissan. I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR for my granddaughter who will soon be leaving to attend college at a university in the state of Louisiana. Go Jags! A brief note on how the purchase became a deal. My granddaughter made a phone call to Folsom Lake Nissan in order to verify if a specific vehicle was in stock, Sebastian Galaviz answered the call and informed her that it was in stock and if she liked to come by for a test drive he would have it waiting for her to see and drive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Sebastian with a big beautiful smile and firm handshake and a direct walk to the vehicle as promised. Sebastian is an outstanding salesperson—professional, he is kind, and very friendly. He worked as a team player with two other outstanding gentlemen Mike and Nathan. They all carefully listened to our desires and truly worked hard to remain focused on helping us get the deal we wanted with absolutely no pressure. The three gentlemen friendliness, professionalism, and honesty created a family-oriented atmosphere, and with that experience, it made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation to purchase a vehicle hassle-free, I would highly recommend Folsom Lake Nissan and the three gentlemen that assisted in my purchasing experience.

2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

AutoNation Honda RosevilleReviews
AutoNation Honda Roseville review
Details of my own experience in 500 words or less!? Let’s go First and foremost, I walked in needing a car without the best credit. I admired the Salesman’s (Gerard) backbone to not only show me the vehicle. They had a knowledge of the vehicle beyond my own knowledge/skills/abilities. Their supervisor (Oscar) came to personally introduce himself even though they was busy with other work flow. The Sales Team as a whole brought a lot of experience/knowledge to the project. Buying a car without great credit is scary and they bridged that gap. The real honor to this review goes to Angel. They are my financial advisor that goes above and beyond the call of duty. I’m a blue collar guy that doesn’t know numbers like Angel. They completely answered all my questions about the extra components and honored my requests. I could appreciate the knowledge skills and ability from Angel I’m pretty sure they were a boot at one point as well. From Top-Bottom. Niello Acura review
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

Happy with my new car, with the amazing help from Manny at DCH Paramus Honda!!!! My first car was the 2022 HR-V, and I have now upgraded to the gorgeous 2025 HR-V. Such a beautiful car, and the smoothest transition due to the great customer service from Manny!

Joe Perez went beyond excellence in taking care of me when I bought a new car. He deserves a promotion because he knows how to treat his customers. He checked in with me a few weeks after to see how things were going with the car. Seemless car buying experience with Joe.
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2021 Honda HR-V review
I chose the HR-V because it was small enough to fit down my driveway but was still an suv. The car is great but it doesn't have the features of my RAV-4. However, the new car, in the Sport model, has the updated features I wanted including navigation/Apple Car Play/Android Auto. The add ons by the dealer were not worth it and were ridiculously expensive.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

2018 Honda HR-V review
Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

I had a wonderful seamless experience! Taylor was great and saved the car we wanted! I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a new car!
2022 Honda HR-V review
The HR-V is a great vehicle, however, the option of heated seat is enemic. Have taken back to dealer 3 times for testing and they say there is nothing wrong and meets specs. I changed dealers and got the same resuts. Well my bottom tells another story and have tested both driver and passenger for heat in the dead of winter of winter. There is absolutely no heat from either seat. Tested from current dealer with the same results. Maybe we are jinxs as my wife and other passengers can confirm lack of heat, or, no heat at all.

2022 Honda HR-V review
Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

2017 Honda HR-V review
I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.
