I had to return the same day because my issue was not resolved; however, I did not have any issues in getting a loaner car for the weekend which was so very helpful as I had an event to attend. Also, it’s difficult getting to the appropriate rep when calling your main number. I do not deal with digital/AI. Phone calls should go directly to the receptionist.

The remote interaction with the Dealership was non-existent. I submitted my interest in a vehicle, along with my email, twice. I never heard back, but it was less than 24 hours later when I showed up unannounced at the Dealership and ended up buying the car.
