2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I just purchased a great used 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander with 3,500 miles on it March 20, 2026 from Umansky Toyota. I could not have found this great deal without the help of AJ, the first salesperson to approach me to see if he could be of assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he took me directly to the car I would eventually purchase. AJ gave me the history of the car and how the dealership came to owe it. He also point out a 2023 with 33,000 miles on it meeting my description of what I was looking for as well. We test drove both vehicles and I chose the 2025. He asked me questions to make sure if this was indeed the car I wanted to purchase. Once he was satisfied that I knew exactly what I wanted and then did we do the paperwork. I loved the FACT that AJ wasn't overbearing, he just wanted to make sure I was purchasing what I absolutely wanted. So, if you're looking to purchase a new or used car go to Umansky Toyota and ask for AJ. As a footnote every car I have ever bought has been from Andrew Toyota and now Umansky, with the same GREAT SERVICE!!!

I recently purchased a 2022 Infinity from Baha Auto sales. I saw the car on a few website and made an appointment to go and check it out. While I was there in the waiting area a man and his family were waiting for their keys to their new car. We started talking and he He told me this was his 7th car from Baha. He has been buying since he was 18 and now he and was buying for his wife. He said they have always treated him well and that they were good people . was very impressed because most of the time people complain and there is typically no loyalty. I had my appointment with Aymen and he was very nice, not pushy. He was extremely knowlegeble and kept his word . I really appreciate him looking out for me. It was an excellent experience with everyone there easy with financing. They have a lot of nice pre-owned cars for everyone. I plan to pass on Aymen name to friends looking for a car. It was a really good Experience and I dont usually write reviews. I will definitely buy from them again. When I am ready for my next car.
2023 Honda Pilot review
Bought my Elite in May of 2023 at a local dealer. I love the look of the car, the comfort and the handling. It is very roomy and has so many cup holders and compartments which is great. I have the brown/black interior, which I wasn't able to see before purchasing it, but loved it once I did see it. I did have an option for a gray interior one but didn't like that look as it didn't look as classy as the two toned. The lights are bright, the features are wonderful so overall a nice vehicle and still happy with my purchase. Now the not so good stuff.... Biggest problem I have is like other reviews have stated the gas mileage is not great at all and comes nowhere near the projected when the car is marketed. 19-25 it states but that is way off for sure. I don't have a heavy foot, speeding or hard breaking and I always drive in Eco because the 'Normal" mode option, the mileage is worse. Summer months my average between city and HWY is 18.5/19.5. All HWY I was able to get 23 miles one time but not again. All HWY after that first time is usually 21/22. Never have I seen 25mpg like stated. Now the Wintertime they are not as good. City/HWY is 17/19 & HWY is 19/20.5. The most miles I can get out of a tank of gas either summer or winter is now less than 355, more around the 335/345. The lane assist feature is pretty bad as well, better in the nighttime as I feel it sees the lines better but during the day is more of an annoyance than anything, so I normally don't use it. I have drove the Sport model one and that worked great and a 2022 Elite pilot and that worked flawlessly too. Not sure why mine is so bad but dealer says it functioning correctly, I told them we will agree to disagree LOL>. The wireless charging is very slow and if you have any type of case on it will most likely not work, so I just keep it shut off. I really wish Honda would have put the bigger screen in this car this time around. Looks like there is enough space for that to have happened they just chose not to. I really wish that the second you turn off the car the radio didn't shut down too. I have never had a car do that and it is frankly a big inconvenience for me. Many times, I am on the phone with clients, or I like to finish a song, but in order to do that I would have to sit with the car running and that doesn't make sense to me and it's a waste of gas. This is little but I do hope that they come out with some type of compartment for the center console as it's really big but there is no way to organize anything in it and honestly just looks like a total mess. (Again, small to many) The app to start the car and such is just okay. What I don't like is that you cannot adjust the temp or the heated seats as well as not having the app turn on the passenger seat as 95% of the time no one is in it. I feel like this is more opportunity for something to go wrong or stop working when I didn't personal choose to use it but was forced to have. I will say I do like that whatever my heated seat was at from my previous drive that is what it is at when I start my car the next time. I did end buying the Honda rubber floor mats but soon found out that the from mats leave to much carpets exposed by the gas and brake pedals, so salt gets all over it. The back ones are just fine. I did end up buying the Weather tech ones and those are great and have amazing coverage so if you live in an area where it snows, I'd keep this in mind. I also bought the side covers for the back end and the mat for the back end, which really protects the sides and back of seats from scratches which we all know ever car is prone to. I did add the trailer hitch from the dealer vs aftermarket as I wanted it to look good and sit higher where it belongs verse the aftermarket which sits much lower to the ground. Overall, now with 13,000 miles on it I am still loving my pilot despite the other things mentioned above. I hope it last me a long time as this is my first time buying a Honda vehicle.

Coming back to this dealership was totally different experience this time. In the past I experienced alot of anxiety. I felt they took advantage of me, being a older woman, and they did! I wasn't able to sleep feeling they where going to do and say anything to close the sale. I would get sick to my stomach just going into finance. They would high pressure me to buy things I never used, which made my lease note higher and leaving praying I didn't lose the car because of such a high note. Robert and Frank were so great! This time... I left feeling happy and stress free, and with the car I really wanted and could afford, instead of a car they wanted me to have and did whatever it took to make the sale. The Management team is wonderful! I'm so happy they weeded out the bad. I would recommend that a woman could go to Ziegler Honda and not worry about being taken advantage of. 2023 Honda Pilot review
2023 Pilot Touring have owned for 11 months. Been all over the Southeast with it. Very happy with it. Absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever. Decided on it because of smooth quiet ride with nice large windows and visibility. Among best in class for spaciousness and cargo capacity. Would buy one again in a heartbeat.

I purchased my Ex-L for a little more space after trading my CRV in. I had no idea it would be a nice trade, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new pilot and the new design! I even took it on the beach and it performs so well!! We really enjoyed the Outer Banks in it. I love it all wheel drive love everything about this car. It has a lot to offer for the price and you really do need to read the manual or watch the videos because there’s so much more to this car than what you think.
