2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

I have been doing business with Davis Honda (previously Willis Honda) for almost 16 years. I have always gotten wonderful service and can’t say enough about the professionalism of this dealership. Recently I learned that my 2024 Honda CRV EX which only had 22,000 miles, had (4) dry rotted tires. This was very concerning to me and very unsafe. I brought my concern to Service Advisor, Jessica T (who is wonderful and very friendly) who in turn introduced me directly to Service Manager, Joe L. Joe made a call to his superior who was not willing to make any type of correction to my tires. I spoke with Joe and he decided, if I agreed, that Davis could pay for two Michelin tires, alignment, mount and balance and we would only be responsible for two additional tires. We went with this options as we did not want the Bridgestone tires that Honda places on their CRV’s. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Davis Honda. I have had dealing with Service Advisors, Jessica T, Sean, Matt and now Joe L. This is a dealership who will stand by their products and offer exceptional customer service to all.

I don’t usually write reviews but this needed to be put out there!! After years of disappointing experiences at most dealerships I walked into Mike Piazza Honda expecting more of the same. Instead I found something completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Ryan and the entire team made me feel like a person, not just another customer walking through the door. They took the time to listen, answered every question without making me feel rushed and never once made me feel pressured. I came in carrying a lot of stress and uncertainty, and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. By the time I left, I felt a sense of relief and confidence that I hadn't felt in a long time. It's rare to find a business where people truly care about helping others, but that's exactly the feeling I got here. The manger and the staff really helped me out!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, worked with me every step of the way, and treated me well and were so honest. In a world where genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find, Mike Piazza Honda reminded me that there are still businesses that believe in doing right by people. They didn't just help me with a vehicle they restored a little of my faith that exceptional customer service still exists. 2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.
