He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! I'm from Chicago but grew dissatisfied with the crappy service city dealers gave me so I traveled some distance away from the city to Muller Honda and I'll tell you my experience was fabulous . I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.

2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

Just purchased a 2026 CRV hybrid from Zeigler Honda in Racine. I usually dread the car buying experience, but not this time! I was an out of town shopper(4 hours away) and did my shopping online. Frank was assigned to help me and he did a fantastic job! His communication both in person and via text and phone call was excellent. He explained things very well and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Once at the dealership, everyone was very accommodating and pleasant, Frank again went out of his way to make sure I knew what was happening, the transition from old car to new car went very well. Nick the finance manager took over and again was good, explaining everything as he went along. No high pressure add on sales pitches, just get the paperwork done and got me on the road! Overall a really good car buying experience!!!

2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.
