What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

I just had my 2023 civic si Serviced at Honda north. It was over all an excellent experience as soon as I pulled into the Bay someone greeted me and sent me right to the service desk. I worked with Dominic to go through the servicing and he set up a ride to and from my house. Upon return Dominic went over The whole process and made sure I was happy. Overall a great experience On the north is a nice clean facility with helpful people that work there and I'd highly recommend Honda north

Long process. Great car. Only complaint was the interest rate I thought I was getting wasn’t the actual rate at time of signing in spite of exceptional credit but didn’t feel like prolonging the process any more. I’ll just pay it off quickly

My service rep was very good?the only thing I didn?t care for was the time waiting for my car to be serviced. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was out of facility almost 4hrs later. For an oil change, upgrade a recall ion my backup camera and check all my levels under the hood. Also on my service receipt shows less than 1hr labor .
