CarVision of Maple Shade review
Best experience and I recommend them for anyone in the market shopping for car!!! I’m one of their long time customers and always had pleasant experience …I purchased (4) vehicles so far from Carvision and the app approval was easy to qualify for….always received friendly service, professionalism( top tier)and I could name a few but one in particular Marcel from Service dept. was very prompt, helpful and address all my concerns…. Marcel was able to find solution to my situation that wasn’t so great starting out but in the end with his expertise my car was serviced and turned out great outcome that seemed like no way….Marcel always polite, efficient and very knowledgeable, scheduling appt or being serviced ask for Marcel he will make sure you are taken care of and makes it too easy getting you through the process will be less stressful. Thank you for being there just when I needed you🙌

I needed a part for my son's Honda Civic and Rob was extremely helpful, took his time and answered all my questions and got me exactly the right part in a few days. If I didn't have Rob helping me I'm sure the results would not have been the same.

2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

I want to give a great big shout out to the car salesman, Danny Patel at Honda Universe located in Lakewood, N.J.. I couldn't be happier and more pleased with the attention and service he extended to me while purchasing a car. He's simply a "great" guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in the future. Pay a visit to this dealership and ask for Danny....you will be glad you did !

Honda UniverseReviews
Honda Universe review
I had such a genuinely great experience working with Sue that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and refreshingly not pushy. She gave me the space to make my own decisions, answered my questions honestly, and never once tried to upsell me with unnecessary add-ons or pressure me into a brand-new vehicle I didn’t want. What stood out most was her integrity. I had previously visited another local dealership with the exact same car priced $4,800 higher, where the focus felt more on how I was paying rather than helping me feel confident in the purchase. That was not the case here at all. At Honda Universe, Sue made the process smooth and efficient. Within two days, I had test driven two vehicles and was out the door with the right one—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She respected my time, my budget, and my priorities, which is rare and incredibly appreciated. I also want to give a special thank you to Nazyia, who kindly drove me back from my car rental—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even easier—and to Emily at the front desk, who was always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely helpful every time I walked in. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and truly customer-focused, Sue is the person you want to work with. This was hands-down one of the easiest and most comfortable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! I wish I would have went there first. The drive was well worth it.

I have a long relationship with Mike Piazza Honda meaning I have purchased many cars here. I have always used their service department for needed maintenance and other car services. My experience has consistently been from customer representatives, sales personnel, service greeters/take in service representatives, to the service representatives for the team who service my car as being friendly, caring, professional, and most importantly a job well done. Or put simply I have never been disappointed and this is what keeps me coming back to purchase my next car. I recommend this dealership and if you buy your next car here I hope you have the same experience as me.

I didnt make an appointment but it was no problem for them to get me with someone immediately. I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. Both the application for insurance and the loan took about equal time but after two or three hours, I drove the car I wanted home with no problems and a happy customer

Experience was positive with the sales person Gabriel. He was very patient with us and trying to get us the best deal. Never rushed us into a deal. Took time to explain everything about the car and any questions that we had.
2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

I recently had the pleasure of selling my used car back to the dealership, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Vicki was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless, ensuring all my questions were answered and handling every detail with efficiency and expertise. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, Vicki is the person to see! Highly recommend her and the dealership for anyone looking for a hassle-free car-selling experience. Thank you again for your exceptional service!

Honda of PrincetonReviews
Honda of Princeton review
Really a nice experience buying my used car at Honda of Princeton from Diego. He was very good at explaining things even before any questions were asked, friendly accommodating, saw to the comfort of me and my family while we were in the dealership, etc. But beyond just the salesman that I worked with, his management staff was also willing to work with us and we came to a good deal on the car I bought. I'm definitely happy. Should I become in the market for another used car, I will certainly check this dealer's stock first. When I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely consider a Honda now... it wasn't a make I was particularly interested in before but customer service makes all the difference.
