I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.

Love this dealership! Purchased a used vehicle with my wife 6 months ago from Alejandro (Alex) and came back as we are planning for a third child and looking to replace our second car, a 3 row crossover, with a vehicle that has easier access to the third row (minivan). Our former salesman was out on medical leave but Cesar (CJ), Jeanette and a young salesman, forgot his name, stepped up and provided a wonderful experience. We did not end up purchasing the Odyssey as we were unable to come to terms on the Out the Door pricing but still enjoyed a wonderful few rounds of negotiations. As someone who has worked in many auto and power sports related industries before and through attending university, I am always impressed with Mossy’s professionalism, kindness and just general calm while putting up with my antics. My family highly recommends this dealer network. Also a shoutout to the service department that performed a service and recall fix on our previously purchased vehicle within a few hours on one of the days we were at the dealership negotiating. 2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.
