This was truly the best experience purchasing a car. I received the best service and professionalism from the Ali Malky ( manager). I truly can't thank you enough for all that you have done for me . I love my new 2026 Honda Accord.
2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

As my first out of state purchase I would say it went exceptionally smooth. I kept communication with my sales rep Carolina who was very helpful and patient. I did experience a few issues but the team was prompt in their responses and efforts to rectify the problem.
2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

Having previously owned six purchased new Honda CR-V's followed by a non-Honda, I was interested in seeing if Honda and it's people had changed. The cars have - they are spectacular ! The people have not - they are still spectacular. Dealing with them always was, and still is, a relaxed and sincere business experience. I have missed that !

Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.

After looking online for a couple of weeks, and searching within 2 hours of the Bay Area, we decided to head for University Honda. We exchanged emails and made an appointment to meet with the internet sales reps. We arrived as schedule and had someone with us within 5 minutes. We negotiated pricing and ended up with a deal that beat anyone else within 200+ miles. No pressure sales and very earnest and straightforward about the deal. A DETAILED personalized walkthrough of the entire vehicle before we left the lot. EXTRA BONUS - we left the car at the dealership while we went to lunch and took a brief tour of Davis.

I got in contact with my salesman Q over the phone on Friday afternoon letting him know I would be coming in the next day and he got everything ready when I got there. I had to travel in from the Salinas Valley, so I really didn’t want my time wasted, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we got to agreeable numbers. From start to finish, it was about 2 hours total. If you have bought cars, you can appreciate how fast that really is. Thank you Q and the rest of the staff for making my trip quick and easy. Thank you to the detailers who had my car shining when I got there!
2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

2014 Honda Pilot review
I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Randomly went to go check out the 2017 Honda Accord, ended up test driving one. Decided to go and talk to financing and they ended up having a special for qualified buyers. 0.9% -1.9%. After negotiatiating for awhile I was able to get the car below ticket price and being a qualified buyer was able to get the special apr rate. I didnt feel pressured to buy, they were just willing to negotiate price with me, and every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Accord Sport SE. I am Completely satisfied with the experience and I would recommend everyone to check out Elk Grove Honda !

Bill Brandt Ford Inc review
I just purchased a Ford Mustang for my 18 year old son from Bill Brandt Ford. Robert Morales helped us with our purchase and was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and treated us like we were family. Kyle Caban was also amazing. He bonded so well with my son and made us both feel so welcome & important. Sincerest thanks to this incredible staff. We are thrilled to about purchasing our car from such a family oriented dealership who sincerely cares!
2022 Honda Pilot review
We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

contacted them about a car of interest and it turned out to be a branded title.......I told them they should indicate it in their ad and they did pretty promptly. Nice...Didn't end up buying from them..
2018 Honda Pilot review
This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Mike is professional and kind, I really appreciated that he heard my concerns and honestly worked with me! His company greatly alters the stigma associated with buying branded title cars. I left with complete peace of mind and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!
2017 Honda Pilot review
This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Rachael K. is an outstanding salesperson. Negotiations were straightforward and transparent. The paperwork process was mercifully brief. The dealership is expediting an add-on trailer hitch without involving us with the service department
2025 Honda Pilot review
Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

Very efficient, provided comfortable seating, snacks, coffee/tea while waiting. Check list was thorough and I loved that they washed the car when finished-extra bonus for me! Very customer oriented.
2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.
