This was the best buying experience that I have ever had. It was done by phone. All in one day! My consultant was Zee Gelashvili and was easy to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and made me feel that I wasn’t being forced into any into kind of sales pitch. Patrick Ford was my financial manager and a pleasure to work with. He laid out the financial choices and let me ask the questions and make my own decisions. Between these two gentlemen, I was able to accomplish everything I wanted to do. It was a done deal. Drove into SA the next day and drove out in my new Fit. Thanks to these guys it actually a very pleasant experience.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

David was easy to work with no high pressure dealings. He sold us what we wanted and understood our limittions. The buying process went as expected with results we are happy with. Can't say "excellent" because the buying process is always stressful. Don't think a dealership in the world could help with that! That said, Jason was our finance guy & he was great too.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I purchased a beautiful used car from them and was excited about the purchase. The reason for my review today is not remorse as I purchased what I wanted. The review is about tires. Yep, tires. I had to wait for the car to be present as they were doing the make ready on it. I had been told that the car was at their Ford facility since it was an older Ford. Well the car came back with a “new set of tires”. Because this car is a 2004 Ford Thunderbird and priced high as a used car you would expect a set of “Michelins” right? I looked up “Ironman 2 Gen”. They are CHEAP China made tires by “Hercules”. Really? For what I paid for this car and the great condition this Ford was in they could have bought a better tire. Amazes me how I thought that over the years I could trust a well known Named Company like Gunn to provide the best. But hey, I didn’t do my homework. It is important to know what you are purchasing by doing your homework then you know. “…and now you know the rest of the story, good day.”

What’s going on with Honda? I‘ve been buying Hondas since 1979, and have never seen such a lack of response to a service problem as this year. My Ridgeline GPS controlled clock quit working in January and was told a fix would be available by August. In July I was given instructions from Honda USA on a fix which caused my clock to totally disappear. In early August, my clock returned but was 3 hours and 11 minutes behind. Now, late September, Honda is saying their still working on it. HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Is Honda just hoping we will just buy a new car to fix their engineering oversight? DID HONDA HIRE A BUNCH OF BOEING ENGINEERS? I’m totally disillusioned. Should I abandon buying Hondas from now on?

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Great vehicle. Really like everything about it. It has all the safety features a vehicle could have, making it safe to drive. It has just enough power and gets great gas mileage. It offers reliability with the Honda name. Comfortable with plenty of seating!

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I had a great experience throughout the whole process of purchasing my 2021 Dodge Challenger. After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I recently bought a 2024 exl pilot 7 passenger this is super cool and wonderful to drive great value and handling the exl version is the won you want to get the Honda pilots have a million stars rating from myself personally this is a must buy vehicle for all

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

Overall, the Pilot is a great vehicle. However, it gets less MPG than my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E. Also, going uphill, the Pilot sometimes downshifts a little hard. This is a common occurrence among Pilots. I only have about 3500 miles on it. The interior controls are varied, but they are harder to manipulate than my Ridgeline. However, the vehicle seems to operate and drive comfortably. I do have a Touring and not an Elite. The difference in price was not necessary as my wife and I do not use ventilated sears. Would have liked the HUD though. For what I paid for the Touring, it was worth it.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

I called the morning of and Anthony was super friendly and understanding. I was surprised I didn?t have to make an appointment and that it was same day service! Everything was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them!

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Great car, 246,560 on the dash and have never broken down once. I got it used at 200,000 miles and runs great. Doesn’t get good gas miles

Took about 2-1/2 hours. No appointments for routine service. Done in time promised and while my wife waited. However, they called me to let me know the vehicle was ready because they didn't know she was in the waiting room.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!
