2011 Honda Ridgeline review
Have only owned my 2011 ridgeline since july 2020. Bought it with 108500 miles. Had to replace timing belt, water pump, plugs. Normal maintenance for the mileage. Absolutely love the ridgeline. Being older (78) i don't need it for anything heavy like the full size trucks. The 5ft bed works good for our craft projects, now can go to craft shows in one vehicle instead of cramming items into 2 smaller cars. Two disappointments is that the bluetooth is only for phone calls, and the navigation screen really old fashion. No hidef like todays vehicles.

Some folks say this isn't a real truck. But if you want a wonderfully smooth ride, ingenious places to put your stuff, reliability, and style, this IS your truck. We wanted room for 4 and this truck is spacious. We can haul anything we have need to haul and look good doing it. What more could you ask for in a truck?

2012 Honda Ridgeline review
This good old V-6 will last longer than the new trucks that are on the market. Reliable. Comfortable. Easy to work on. The only drawback is that it can be a bit cumbersome in Seattle parking garages due to it being fat. Surprisingly easy to parallel park. Amazing for road trips. Plows through snow. As "sure footed" as any SUV, but more practical. Flip up the seats and you can stack two intermediate Ruffland kennels for dogs. As long as the timing belt and other maintenance has been done, it will last 250K miles.

2017 Honda Ridgeline review
I am now getting a Keyless Start system error. I never receive a recall letter. I talked to a mechanic and he said that they have issues with this problem, not all 2017 ridgeline. I hope to find an honest dealership that tells me if there is a recall for this problem and does not cost me hundreds of dollars. I found this service bulletin that shows the Keyless Start System Error problem.

I love my truck. I've had it since 3 yrs now had 2 recalls for it, but my main concern is the passenger seat has rusted out and nothing holding the front down. My dog doesn't like riding there. Plus my side steps is rusted out in back and no where's to weld back.

2017 Honda Ridgeline review
I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

2017 Honda Ridgeline review
Excellent choice for blending features of pickup truck and qualities of an SUV. Easy entry and exit, comfortable ride, superior gas mileage, easy to operate two position tail gate, satisfied our need to haul and tow. Nice curb appeal. Honda quality. Holds trade in value. Would purchase again.

2011 Honda Ridgeline review
I bought my 2011 Ridgeline in October 2021. The handling is very good and secret compartment is very nice. I got it with only 54k which is phenomenal for a vehicle that is 11 years old. I traded my my lexus for it and glad I did. The RTL is the full package and it's great in snow.

2017 Honda Ridgeline review
The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. 2010 Honda Ridgeline review
It fits all of my needs. It is comfortable to take on trips, can haul all my needs, either for things I need for my home ,on a weeklong fishing trip or a vacation down south. Overall, it is the perfect vehicle for me.

2007 Honda Ridgeline review
I'm very impressed with the Ridgeline. Great first truck - love the style and the secret trunk. Very sturdy. Surprised more aren't on the road- although I have heard that it has a cult following. My 16 year old hates trucks but loves his ridgeline!

Excellent and very safe truck to drive daily. Gets 20.5-21 MPG on the highway and 17 in town. Great design but could use a bit more horsepower and torque.

2009 Honda Ridgeline review
I absolutely love love my 09 Ridgeline. It's perfect for me. But my only complaint is the LED screen went out sometime before I bought it. This is a problem for many owners, I feel this should be replaced by Honda. Honda gives a lifetime guarantee for the new LED screen that's $175 n they do offer free instillation. Shouldn't that be for the original screen?? It's a hazard not knowing my speed n not knowing my gauges especially at night. Using my phone for a speedometer at night is a major distraction n very aggravating. Anyone else experiencing this problem with their Ridgeline?? And does anyone else feel that it should be replaced by Honda?

2010 Honda Ridgeline review
Bought our RTL in 2014 w 37k miles on it. After driving & loving SUV’s for 18 years, this truck meets our needs beautifully with features like the in-bed trunk and the liftable rear seats. Also love the cargo lights and the versatile tailgate. The rear seats are perfectly comfortable, and when lifted make it easy to travel w two big dogs and a crated cat. This feature adds great cargo space! It’s a pleasure to drive, handles very well, with a softer ride than a truck. (Same base as Honda Pilot) With it we’ve towed utility trailers (don’t even know it’s there), horses, and boats; and it has performed well. I will say that if you tow a load close to 5,000 lbs up & down mountains & hills, you’ll be more aware of having 6 cylinders instead of 8. Although we did this occasionally, the Ridgeline handled it just fine. It’s very stable for towing. It handles snow like a pro (we keep Michelin LTX MS tires on it), and we like that is has front wheel drive as well as all-wheel/4 wheel Hi & Lo. A couple of points to consider: 1) The Ridgeline’s very comfortable ride isn’t as quiet as some vehicles; you will hear some highway noise. 2) The cargo cover we have has Velcro to seal down the sides, but some water can get in at the cab end where the cover connects. We put softside luggage into black trash bags just in case. 3) The design makes for blind spots. Just be more diligent in checking. This has been a reliable, comfortable, very nice truck for our needs. This year my college-age daughter is driving it and loves it! You won’t be disappointed.
