My sales man was immediately reassuring once we got around to looking for a car. Before I was able to give him a for sure price tag he didn't try to put me up with something I wouldn't be able to afford. He helped out with every question we had and I have very little, if nothing to complain about!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We had gone to other places in our car search, but none compared to Selma Hyundai. Our sales person, Andy Naphaivong, was professional, charming, knowledgeable, and to the point. He secured our pre-owned car and made the selling process quick and easy. The dealership is beautiful and luxurious, and a welcome relief from some other places we had visited earlier. Recently purchased a very nice truck and we are very happy with it and realize that it was a used vehicle which means as is. It was missing an owner's manual and second set of keys which after purchase saw that vehicle was priced way over blue book and when I called to ask about possibly getting missing things taken care of because of high purchase price I never received a call back. Don't feel that management feels the need to give that extra customer care as we have received from other dealers. Will not purchase another vehicle at this dealership.
The service department was great...patient, took time to explain service procedures, recommended services for the future, created an estimate so there would be no surprises. As a single woman I feel very comfortable bring my Honda to this dealership.
