I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2020 Honda Fit review
Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

2019 Honda Fit review
I literally needed a car ASAP in 2019 and didn’t have cash to buy one used for a best value, so I financed a FIT from my local dealer. I did research the FIT and I compared it to other compact makers, and I chose FIT because of the mpg, interior versatility and styling. I also had put Honda as one of my choices because of the long history of reliability, the research was global, everyone is in agreement that Honda is reliable. I also looked at insurance and repair costs by searching for typical parts like shocks, tires, wipers, and these are all in the very cheap range. The interior versatility is by far the greatest advantage when combined with the great mpg, this car is so useful to me. I had once owned a SUV, and aside from super large items like 4x8 plywood sheets, this car hauls anything and efficiently. I would say the only downside is power, the FIT is spirited but revs up quick so that small efficient engine does get on the highway quick and cruises any day at 70, but pacing the fast lane with a Merc or Porsche 718 coming up behind you is not happening. With that said you can haul way more stuff for pennies compared to those cars, it’s all about your own priority situation. As a commuter car it can’t be beat, as a performance rod it stays in the slow lane. Oil changes are easy to do yourself, I change my FIT oil every 4000, oil and filter every 7000 which costs less than half of what is charged by service techs and much cleaner for your engine.

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

2017 Honda Fit review
Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

I highly recommend Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia to everyone I know who may be interested in the purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle. I have purchased three brand new vehicles from Parsons Kia over the past seven years. My first purchase of a new vehicle was in 2017 and at that time I was paying a 27 percent interest rate through a lender for four years on a pre owned vehicle (not purchased at Kia) and was what they call “upside down” with the value to debt left on this particular vehicle. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle for the first time and Parsons Kia made that a reality. The salesperson I was directed to was and still is a stellar asset to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia. “Samantha Berry” saleswoman along with the finance department got me into a brand new Kia Forte with fair interest rate through Kia Financing themselves. I have never forgotten this experience in 2016. I took this car (only) to Parsons service department for all required maintenance. Each time my vehicle was due for service, the service department Scott, Debbie everyone in the service department made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape and included me on any needs or details my vehicle had. In 2019, I returned to Parsons Kia to trade in my Kia Forte at 5k still within plenty of life on warranty for a 2020 Kia Optima. I was happy to find my prior sales team was still with Parsons Kia, and immediately requested “Samantha Berry” again as she was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with my first purchase of the Forte. Again, stellar customer service by the entire sales team. They are so organized with the sale I was in and out purchasing the Optima within two hours! Moving to most recent, I was back at Parsons Kia, again just last week now being October 2023. Asking for “Samantha Berry” saleswoman just like she was family. I remember looking at her saying “remember me?” I come back to you every three years for my new Kia! Samantha remembers her clients and she again with impeccable customer service listens to my needs and has me test drive two vehicles the first of which I drove home in! A brand new 2023 Kia Sorento Xline EX that suits my needs and then some. I will always be a faithful customer to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia for their loyalty and commitment to me over these last seven years. On February 29, 2024, we bought our 6th Honda Pilot from Altoona Honda. They once again made us an offer we couldn’t refuse but it doesn’t end there. On September 4, 2024, we had our Pilot in Chicago on vacation and my wife noticed a chunk of rubber missing from the right front tire. I texted a picture of the tire to Dave Ainsworth and asked him what he thought. He said he wouldn’t chance it since we were away. He also told me we had a complimentary 12 month, 12,000 mile Assurant Vehicle Care warranty on our new Pilot that covers road hazards. Dave sent me the number for Assurant claims. There was a Honda Dealer (Bosak Honda) 3 miles away. Long story short, we pulled into the Honda dealer without ann anppointment and within an hour, we were back on the road with a new tire and Zero (0) out of pocket expense. Dave even offered to cover the tire if the dealership wouldn’t honor the warranty. Now that’s what I call Customer Service when it matters most! Please consider Altoona Honda for all your vehicle purchases and service needs!
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

2015 Honda Fit review
Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

2019 Honda Fit review
My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

2012 Honda CR-Z review
Got this car in 2017 with 80k miles. In the spring summer and fall the car got about 35-39 mpg. In the winter it went to a low of 32 mpg. Saved tons on gas only filling up the roughly 8 gal tank once a month. The ride is fun just straight fun! The handling feels fantastic in total control at all times! It both rides like and feels like a go kart right turns and fast acceleration. Don’t be fooled by the small engine the car can easily reach 60 mph and above and maintain it. Would highly revoke this car for anyone looking for something 10k or under that is looking for a car that while being not too expensive looks unique and high end. Plenty of trunk space almost a deceiving amount with adjustable “back seat”. There is a “back seat” but without seatbelts it is not legal to have passengers l. With surround sound the speakers have quality sound that goes all around the car and sound nice. Personally put the car through tough circumstances driving it through dirt rounds in the winter up a mountain and it handled beautifully despite not being made for that at all. Performs best on back roads where speed limit is 30-50 mph. Objectively I would say that the only downsides are there are only two seats but being small can have pros too and the cold weather and the car being particularly electric the battery depletes semi often. Also on some models or maybe all (idk I only had one model) the lights are not automatic and and there will be a beep sometimes if you leave them on when the keys are out but there have been times when it did not and I left the lights on. But all in all the car is quick, fast, stable, and more reliable and sturdy then it seems. Again the handling feels amazing and works wonders in corners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bang for your buck.
