I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
We have purchased 2 cars from Garth Reno. He is an incredible person. Through the whole process everyone was incredibly nice and taking the time to make sure you understood what you were signing to showing all the operations of the vehicle. Gary was very helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my driver side window. For whatever reason it wouldn't let me roll it all the way up. They were able to fix it quickly, got my oil changed at the same time, plus they washed it.
Aoude and Jason were great to work with...direct and open about the negotiations. In the past, it took almost six hours to negotiate a car deal this went quickly and the paperwork took about an hour. I was there from 11 to 3. Thank you guys for working with me on my 2016 Honda Pilot (95K miles) and into a new 2019 Honda Pilot!!! This is second purchase with Honda Ocean - I've recommended them to my friends and family!!!

Stuart Boggs was very friendly, pleasant, and polite with us throughout the process. We showed up just before closing time, and he stayed with us until the end to ensure that everything worked out. I really appreciate his positive attitude and his willingness to stay late, until close to 11pm, in order to close the deal.
I chose Weir Canyon Honda for a couple of reasons. They were the only local Dealership that had the CR-V Touring in the color I wanted and they have Jim Marsh as a Service Advisor of which I dealt with at another Honda Dealer for my previous Honda for over 13 years. I worked with Salesman, John Mouroulis, who was so very nice, knowledgeable and attentive to my wants and needs. I would recommend Weir Canyon Honda to everyone!

I have a flat tire early Saturday morning ( lot of stress) and Mark in the service department had my problem fixed, and I was back on the road to meet my son within 1 hour! This is my second car I purchased from Weir Canyon and always had great service.

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I was basically just looking at my options for a new lease and after working with Aldo on a great deal, I couldn’t say no. It was great to work with someone who wasn’t trying to pressure me into a sale or anything, just patiently answered my questions and let me make my decision.
