I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
Zack and Luke are knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. At no time did we feel pressured into anything. It was a pleasure not to experience the "hard sell" and to have people willing to listen to us, what we wanted in a vehicle and in the purchasing process.
Hannah was awesome ! She knew about the features of the vehicles plus help me with what I wanted like the apple play and safety features. Matt did a great job by being straightforward with me and gving me options based on what I can afford. This is my second vehicle with Honda and I???m highly satisfied with this team. I???ll be seeing Hannah, matt for any future vehichles!
We drove our used car into the dealership that evening & left a few hours later happy with our new lease! Tony addressed our every concern & worked with us to put me into they car of my dreams at a price I could afford!
I hate car shopping. Practically more than anything. So when I was rear ended and my car was totaled, I was devastated. the very last thing I wanted to do was spend 7 hours haggling over a new car that I didn???t even want to buy. Tony was a god send. From the very beginning, he was kind and compassionate. He listened to what I was looking for in a car, and made great recommendations. He treated me like a real person, not a means to a profit like other salesmen have, and never once did he try to upsell me on something that I didn???t want or need. And, when it came to negotiating a deal, it was by far the best experience i???ve ever had buying a car. Tony???s opening price was right in line with what I had researched online as a reasonable price and he was completely transparent about all of the fees from the beginning, so there wasn???t anything unexpected once we settled on a price. There wasn???t any long sitting and waiting while he went and ???talked to his manager???. All in all, the negotiation portion took 15 minutes. I really couldn???t recommend Tony more highly.
This is my 3rd Honda from Hamilton Honda and I???ll keep coming back again and again as long as the services is this good! From the service dept. to the finance team, I really felt like a valued customer. In the past I had Zach as a sales rep but when he was not in, Sue had me covered and gave me as much love and attention as I was used to. She would not rest until I was satified even it it did take all day. Because of that I would not rest until she got a sale from me! Luke is also awesome as usual! He was able to work the numbers to fit my needs. I always recommend this dealership! Please don???t change a thing!

Very pleasant experience at Kia of Turnersville. Ed was very understanding and attentive to our needs. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and we are very pleased. We will definitely be returning in the future. Anyone looking for a new car ask for Ed!
Chris was the first person we met with upon entering the dealership. He was attentive and friendly, never pushy about anything like most other dealerships are. We first took a test drive and Chris pointed out all the features of the vehicle. We then built the car out online to try and get a rough idea for what the price would be for all the features I wanted. Originally, I was planning to get the LT and Bryan went so far as to find an exact match for the vehicle I wanted that he was ready to bring a car in from Michigan to get it to us. Furthermore, the first price that was given to us was well under what we were expecting, enough so that we asked them to give us a price on the Premier trim and the price that came back on that is what we're expecting the LT to be after we went through some negotiating. Brendan came to introduce himself early in the process and was helpful in explaining the warranties and drew everything out on paper for us. Upon signing all the paperwork, we met with Eric who helped us handle everything with the insurance company. Would recommend these guys for getting a good deal on a car, will write another review upon my first service trip there.
We came to Gateway to check out leasing options after one of our vehicles was stolen. When we discussed our budget and discovered that leasing wasn't a realistic option for us, they offered us a great deal on a lightly used option. Stephanie was awesome and she didn't pressure us or make us feel like we had to make a snap decision we weren't sure about. I love my new Kia Rio!
Mary Kelly went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free and frankly enjoyable. She worked with her General sales manager, John who was equally as pleasant to get me the exact car and price I wanted to be at. I will be back for years to come and cannot thank them enough!

Got my 4th car over the past 15 year there. Tone Hicks and Mark Hammond have always been easy to deal with and always play fair to get the best price and financing. No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.
I am so excited about my new car!!! Lauren was so nice to me and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted from day one. She even gave my dad the deal he was hoping for just because I looked sad when I thought he was going to walk away. 10/10 for service 11/10 for kindness =)
