Great experience ,they worked hard with us to get a deal done that was fair to both of us I feel we got a great deal.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Zeigler Honda of Racine review
On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I always receive great service at Zeigler and wouldn’t take my Pilot anywhere else. The service staff are knowledgeable and caring - and keep you informed as the work is being done on your vehicle. The sales floor staff are friendly and attentive, and make sure they put you in to the vehicle that best fits your needs. My next purchase will definitely be with Zeigler!!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

The service attendant was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked about my desire to replace air filters, which I elected to have done.

Muller Honda of GurneeReviews
Muller Honda of Gurnee review
I just purchased my 6th Honda--and my 3rd from Muller Honda--and once again, the experience was absolutely exceptional. At this point, I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Andrew Tomlinson, the General Sales Manager, continues to set the gold standard for customer service. This is now the third time I've worked with Andrew, and every single experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing 6 Hondas total and working with dealerships in different places over the years, I can confidently say that Muller Honda continues to be in a league of its own. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan made an incredible team, and the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care they provide is exactly why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time, works hard to get you a great deal, treats you honestly, and actually makes buying a car enjoyable, Muller Honda is the place to go. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan are truly an exceptional team. Here's to Honda #7 someday!
