| leased 2023 CR-V hybrid in April 2023. All service done at DCH. Always done well, done right and on or ahead of schedule. Love the car! Only 8,100 miles. Just bought car off lease with assistance from Bob (sales) At the same time, Joseph (service) completed a recent recall (tire pump - not mechanical) and multipoint inspection before my paperwork for the purchase was completed. 39 months so far ... it's a Honda... I'll continue to service my vehicle here for the foreseeable future. Great staff and positive vibes all around.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I take my 2021 Honda Civic to Honda of El Cajon for its regular maintenance service and have never been disappointed in their attention to my car. My most recent visit was overseen by Mustafa, and he neglected nothing in helping me understand the work they did, as well as showing us how we could save money with our extended car insurance. I have had many cars in my 55 years of driving and been to many dealerships and independent auto repair shops. No one compares to Honda of El Cajon and Mustafa!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

So, due to the fact that my three kids were with me when my car was not working, I called the dealership. A lady picked up the phone and unfortunately was not able to provide me with Quality service She hung up my call knowing I was not having a good time knowing that my car was not functioning. And did not even try to get back to me to help me with the issue I was dealing with. Thankfully a young gentlemen Mario C Torres the service advisor was able to provide me with the information I needed patiently and professionally! Even though I had a horrible experience with this young lady, I was really appreciative of Mario's Service and I could tell he really loves what he does. He has great communication skills. 2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
