My buying experience was both fast, pleasant and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was excellent. I received an excellent deal on my purchase and I would not hesitate to deal with D-Patrick Ford in the future. I traveled 200 miles in a one way rental to the facility. My D-Patrick sales rep even called the rental agency for its pickup at the dealership.
Our salesman, Jack Vieira was AWESOME...as well as Justin Robinson, the Finance Mgr. That was THE BEST experience EVER for either one of us buying a vehicle. We were just going to check out the beautiful Honda CR-V yesterday that we saw on DPatrick website and ended up driving it home the same day. YAY! The process was extremely fast and Jack went over every feature of the SUV with us. He even synced my phone to the bluetooth before we left. They "all" were great guys to work with. My parents where the ones to drop off my car because I had to work. I told them to ask for David and Chuck and told them they would be taken care of. As I expected they did not disappoint. My parents were very impressed. I love my service crew. Truly top notch. Thank you for this. Not to mention “Edward” my Honda CR-V 2014 drives now just like when I first purchased him. The wheel alignment was much needed. Bless you all for having the kind and compassion.

I live several miles away from dealer. They make every effort accommodate my scheduling needs. Once work is completed they go over all work done and make sure I understand my cars condition and next scheduled maintenance. Having this dealer take care of my car is well worth the trip.
I took my insurance paid broken window Honda Accord to this dealership for recalibration of my electronics. Quick, perfect work. Best dealership in town! I will return when I need to replace my Accord!
This is the 4th Honda I have owened. My first accord 1988 had over 400000 miles on it when my son totaled it. Then I bought various other make of cars over the years and I cam back to Honda and D Patrick in 2006 and bought a new Civic and drove it until 2016 I then bout another Civic. I drove it for 3 month and decided it was too small for my needs and traded for a 2015 Accord. The next vehicle I bought was a 3017 CRV. Rodger at D Patric sold all of my Honda’s I to me and the Service department is 2nd to none. I am ver happy with both of my present Honda’s.
This dealership was a breeze to deal with, I would highly recommend them to anybody weather buying new or used. I felt with Lee Wayne and honestly couldnt have had a better buying experience. His manager was also a breeze to deal with I told them my needs and they met or exceeded them.
If you're looking for consistency and quality of service, then this is the place! This team of professionals are not just people providing the service I need for my vehicle, but they are friends. Tom, the service manage; David and Chuck, the service writers and Scott, the mechanic always handled my service needs and go beyond expectations to make sure I am completely happy! They are the reason I have continued purchasing Honda vehicles!

Salesman Brian Trask was a great help in buying a rare car from out of state. All emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend Brian and the Romain team.
New car shopping at Romain was a positive experience for us. They were friendly & informative. Our salesman was Tyler Emmett. He was great from beginning to end-polite and honest. He found us the perfect car & we love it!
When it came time to replace our SUV, we knew we needed a 7 passenger capacity for transporting grandchildren. We contacted our salesman, Don Kipp, at Romain to advise him of our plans to trade in early summer. He said the timing would be great and that we might want to take a look at the new Subaru Ascent. Don contacted us when the first Ascent became available to test drive and we fell in love with the vehicle.
