We saw a car online that we were interested in and when it sold before we got there, we decided to look at a few others. Had a great experience with our salesman and I feel like he really listened to us, which in turn, helped us find what we really were willing to buy! I would recommend Reynolds to anyone looking for a car or truck. And Lynne..you are a rockstar!!

I found a particular vehicle online that was at Reynolds Subaru. Johnny responded to the message I sent in less than a day. Over the course of a week Johnny and Tracie helped me hammer out all the details of the sale. They were friendly and helpful and never pushy. The buying experience was smooth which was nice since I drove 3.5 hours to get there. John even helped me find rubber floor mats after the purchase. Even though I’m 250 miles away I’ll still buy my next car from them.
Ignore my last review. I wrote that out of frustration.
When they heard about my issue about a used car that I bought from there, they immediately worked hard for me to get my issued resolved. They went and fought for me and made sure that the coverage for the extended warranty went through.
Then they provided me with a brand new rental! They kept me informed of the process each step of the way and were so kind and courteous along the way.
My friends and family were shocked and surprised at how well a car dealership treated me that they want to go there for their next car.
I don't know of any car dealership that treats their customers so well, I would recommend them time and time again.

Everyone was friendly, the coffee was delicious, my car was very clean after detailing, and the cost is reasonable. My only complaint is the wait time. I had a 7:30 appointment, but wasn't through until 9:45. It may have been due to low temperatures, though.
Staff was friendly! They would not budge on price but included services to compensate. One negative was the salesman didn’t seem very willing to change my deal to me doing the DMV work when he called me back. Said he had it all written up. That wasn’t very customer friendly.
