Excellent service provided. The individual coordinating my service was great! Would recommend this service center to family and friends.
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

AMAZING PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE! They are extremely knowledgeable and take great care of their customers!! I called to ask about a vehicle and I SPOKE TO A MANAGER, Ricky, THE FIRST DAY! Then after that my salesperson, Leon called me shortly afterwards to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I set my appointment and when I came in the vehicle I was interested in WAS BACKED UP FRONT, RUNNING, CLEAN, WARMED UP AND WAITING FOR ME! The whole staff from sales to service make you feel like you are the most important thing in the dealership. One of the most impressive things to me was how they LISTEN and take the time to make sure that all my needs were satisfied. The best way I could say it is that they try to help you purchase a vehicle, they don’t try to sell you a vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else, they have truly changed the game and showed me the way car buying should be!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

2017 Honda Odyssey review
This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

Lakeside Toyota review
I had a great experience working with Mr. Carlos Toledo at Toyota Lakeside. He gave me a great deal on my 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Carlos was very patient, calm, and professional throughout the whole experience. He took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and the way he handled everything. If you’re looking for a Toyota and want someone who is patient, honest, and easy to work with, I definitely recommend Mr. Carlos Toledo at Toyota Lakeside. Thank you, Carlos, for helping me get my new RAV4!
2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Ride N Drive review
Hello, We search several dealerships for a car, specifically a Mercedes. My son found an excellent dealership, Ride-N-Drive, in Garland, TX, -- his "dream car," he said. The place is small/nice & the staff are friendly, inclusive of a diverse collection of great cars. *** Thank you, Shane, for the favorable experience. Your professionalism and patience are first-rate. We will send referrals on your way. Thanks to Anthony for helping us finalize the purchase yesterday (4/25/25) Ride-N-Drive exceeded our expectations. Awesome service! ****Highly recommended. Friends, give it a try, and you will be happy with the service. ******** Ask for Shane Swenson. -Have a fantastic day! Ami

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

Honda of Slidell review
Electric power steering rack diagnosed as bad (out of warranty & not on recall list unfortunately) and Honda Slidell did great job replacing. Beautiful facility and nice waiting area, with fully enclosed climate-controlled repair shop. ? Service Advisor Nicole, gave an upfront estimate of cost and did a great job keeping me informed of progress. 12 month / 12,000 mile Honda warranty a plus as opposed to aftermarket part and unknown quality & warranty at another facility, that would have been a less expensive option.
2025 Honda Odyssey review
This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!
