Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Very helpful. A good selection of new and preowned cars. Everyone else seemed to only have trucks and suv’s

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

I bought my Ridgeline new in February 2021 and it still feels new to me. Plenty of power, comfort, and convenience to keep me satisfied and not interested in replacing it. I’ve owned several interesting new cars, like a’69 Z28, ‘74 MGB, and 2019 Insight but the Ridgeline is the first to truly keep my interest.

I want to extend my highest praise for my salesperson, Galberto. From the moment I arrived, he was a fantastic human being. His approach was highly professional, transparent, and respectful, and his deep knowledge of the vehicles was evident and greatly appreciated. He made the buying process smooth and informative. Similarly, the Finance Manager was superb—knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly expert in his role. My interactions with both Galberto and the Finance Manager were outstanding and reflect very well on your dealership. Serious Concern Regarding Management Conduct: However, my experience was significantly marred by the attitude and demeanor of the Sales Manager where I signed my documents. While I am aware that everyone can have a frustrating or challenging day, the manager's conduct toward me was unacceptable. His attitude and "vibes" suggested a lack of respect and patience, creating a genuinely uncomfortable atmosphere. This behavior felt discriminatory and inappropriate, especially considering I was a customer completing a major purchase at your dealership. A leader in a customer-facing business must maintain a standard of professionalism, courtesy, and respect, regardless of internal pressures. It is imperative that managers demonstrate patience and a positive attitude toward customers, as this interaction is the final impression of your brand. This poor display was the only negative aspect of the entire transaction. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and the exceptional service provided by Galberto. I will strongly recommend Galberto to anyone considering a new car purchase or a test drive.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

I had just filled out a form to see what mt tradein might be worth, and Jonatan Reyes called me right back. He was very pleasant, not pushy, and so we arranged to go to Fayetteville from Barling to check out the Passport Trailsport that I was thinking about, and give them a chance to give me an inperson look at my trade in, he had already given me an out the door price on the new Honda we were looking to buy. We quickly took a test ride, came to an agreement, giving us slightly more for my trade than we were expecting, plus throwing in a couple of extras. We were extremely pleased with Jonatan, he is a true professional, with the dealership as a whole, everyone was very friendly. Bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport and it’s my last truck. I’ve owned full size trucks most of my life, decided to down size, spent time researching & test driving. It’s easy to drive, has all the bells & whistles that I wanted, and it’s easy to park!

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

Unfortunately I had to buy a new car today. My 2013 Kia Forte was totaled last month so I had to say goodbye to my dependable, comfortable and nice looking ride. I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

My salesman Chuck was outstanding and very patient with me. As a single lady car shopping I was very comfortable with him and he was so respectful. Austin was my finance person and he was also outstanding. Both should be highly praised for their outstanding service.
