CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

Sam Boswell HondaReviews
Sam Boswell Honda review
I recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Bondy's Toyota(last week.) I'm a senior citizen with a terminal illness and can no longer speak. After the purchase, I had a problem and tried to get some help from Bondy's and was, in essence, stonewalled. They were happy to take my money. Absolutely no help with the problem, whatsoever. I ended up going to Sam Boswell Honda and was treated like a queen. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Billy in Sales. He helped me find a solution, even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I will NEVER recommend Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise, not even for the time of day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM BOSWELL HONDA. You will receive courtesy, respect, and a highly professional staff. GREAT DEALS ALSO.

Bondy's NissanReviews
Bondy's Nissan review
had the best experience at Bondy’s Nissan when I went in to buy a new car after my experience with a lemon I bought 10 months ago from an individual who sold me a Hyundai Sonata with oil consumption issues. Mitchel Nissan would not give me a dine for the car. I don’t was honest about my cars issues but they still did a very generous trade in. My salesperson Deborah Davis was very sweet and thorough. She had a car ready for me to test drive when I arrived and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am now the proud owner of a 2024 Sentra. I love the car. Ii also enjoyed meeting the manager Jayme Lemon, (yes Lemon) who financed my car. Deborah and Jayme were both very personable and answered all my questions. They even introduced me to the service department. I highly recommend Bondy’s Nissan.

I have never had a better car buying experience in my life. Amber (sales) and Justin (finance) made the process so easy, and they stayed later (on a Saturday) just to make sure everything was done properly. Everyone that we interacted with was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a clean, reliable car!

From start to finish david Hernandez was a very professional salesman. We asked a lot of him and he was awesome making sure we were happy from the start all the way up until we drove away in our 2026 honda crv ex. The sales manager heath danford worked with us on a couple things. Both these gentlemen were great at what they do.

I was looking for a Maverick, talked to Kenny Beasley he promised to call me when they had one. He called a few days later and I went down from Troy and we traded I agreed to pay MSRP plus 2000 . I had checked other dealers were charging 5000 above MSRP. Before they could deliver the vehicle FORD issued two recalls . They completed handling the recalls and Kenny called me I wentdown and got the truck .Kenny was apologetic and very nice during the entire time. I am pleased with the vehicle so far and with Gilland Ford, will check with them the next time I need to trade cars.

Donna Keith was a pleasure from start to finish. Knowledgeable, professional, personal, considerate and caring throughout the entire process. She balanced loyalty to your procedures and our concerns as a customer. After the deal she spent guilty time with my daughter programing and familiarizing her with the vehicle. She did the same with her and I on the facility. Who is who and what is where in the various departments. Total winner and genuine. A+.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.

Fast and friendly service. I?ve been a customer of Bay Honda for over ten years. My next vehicle buy will probably be from this same dealership unless I change brands.

Daryl was amazing to work with. I brought my kids and they were given pizza and brownies during the wait. I had coffee. The process was easy from financing to the test drive and signing.

I had a great experience with Panama City Toyota. Every team member I engaged with was friendly and helpful. Mr. Nicholson helped me purchase my very first brand new vehicle, answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I would definitely do business with again. Thank you!

AutoNation Ford Panama City review
We bought an 2021 F-150 from them. I then went out west to work on a wildfire and, on the way home, the truck died. Originally, I wrote a pretty scathing review of AutoNation Panama City. But, in spite of it all, they have been absolutely amazing. Not only have they been working with the dealership in Utah where the truck is currently being worked on, the leadership at AutoNation has been regularly keeping us informed and went out of their way to make a way for us to get home to Panama City from Utah even though the truck is still being worked on. It's a warranty thing and no fault of AutoNation. They have been nothing but caring and respectful to both me and my wife. I don't know if I will ever buy a Ford again, but I will most definitely buy from AutoNation PC again. I can't say enough about how the folks at AutoNation PC have truly earned my respect through their commitment to taking care of customers, even when that customer hasn't been the most pleasant human being.

John Nicholson worked his rear off to find the car my son was looking for, let us know it was there and then get us into and address any issues we had. Troy Lassiter got us through the paperwork in a flash, that was unexpected and nice and we were out of there with a new (to him) car for my son!

I always have my car dealer service at Panama City Volkswagen to ensure it?s properly maintained with care by factory service technicians. It?s always a pleasant, stress-free experience, and I always receive quality workmanship! The staff is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and the check-in / check-out process with service manager, Mark Skaggs, was quick! Mark had me back in my car within 5 mins after paid for services. Also worth mentioning, the facility is always clean with a comfortable waiting area; complimentary snacks, drinks, and TV are provided to pass the time. The best!
