AutoNation Subaru CarlsbadReviews
AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
The Sales & Finance team at AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad helped make my purchase of a new 2026 Outback Touring model a pleasant experience. Robert took me on a test drive of several vehicles and was very informative about the features of each. I also met with the Service dept regarding scheduled services for the Outback. Overall, each member of the team helped in making my decision a little easier. Thanks to the AutoNation team for a job well done !

Pacific Honda review
I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and have dealt with quite a few dealerships, so I can honestly say that my experience at Pacific Honda was one of the best I’ve ever had. I spoke with multiple dealerships while shopping for my new Honda, but Tarig at Pacific Honda absolutely hit the home run out of the park. From the very beginning, he was honest, straightforward, extremely responsive, and incredibly quick. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. There was no runaround, no unnecessary pressure, and no feeling like I was being played with. He genuinely made me feel like he valued my business. JR, the manager, and Lua in Finance were equally outstanding. They continued the same level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service throughout the entire process. Everyone worked together to make what can normally be a long and frustrating dealership experience feel surprisingly easy. After leasing many cars, I can confidently say that this is how a dealership experience should be. Pacific Honda has set a very high standard for customer service, and I will absolutely be coming back when my other leases are up. If you're shopping for a Honda, I highly recommend Tarig, JR, and Lua at Pacific Honda. They earned my business and my trust. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

?We had a fantastic experience buying our vehicle at Pacific Honda! Our go-to sales representative, Tess Cerezo, is a long-time friend and truly exceptional at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all Honda vehicles and knew exactly what we were looking for when we reached out a few days ago needing a car with great gas mileage. ?Last Friday, we test-drove both the Civic Hybrid and the Accord Hybrid. With Tess?s professional advice and zero pressure, we chose the Accord Hybrid Touring. ?The entire team at Pacific Honda was friendly, patient, highly professional, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout the process. We couldn?t be happier with our decision and will definitely return when it?s time for our next vehicle!

Ken Grody Ford review
I came in to look at a vehicle I'd seen online. I drove about an hour (I live in Temecula) and expected to be given a song and dance and a huge hassle. I'd communicated with Kevin online prior to coming down. When I arrived they'd had the vehicle sitting in front of the dealership waiting for me. Took it for a drive and loved it. Then expected to have to go back and forth etc. None of the typical haggling that I've come to expect. Had a couple issues with the car right after purchase - they took care of it without any problems. I've been so happy with my purchase that when my son comes home on leave he's told me he wants a new vehicle and I'm directing him to come down here.
2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

2005 Honda CR-V review
I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

2017 Honda Pilot review
This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I don’t often write reviews …but felt that my recent experience at Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad deserved a shout out. Service Advisor, Jim Malandra, took a frustrating issue with my blue tooth phone connection and went above and beyond researching a solution and orchestrating the fix. He also followed up several days later to ensure the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied. Jim’s attention to detail and amazing follow-up are a rare thing these days. Honda is very fortunate to have such a professional yet caring and personable employee.

Hoehn Honda Carlsbad review
My wife and I needed to purchase another car for our growing family. We contacted Lindsey Brown online and based on our needs she referred us to meet up with Bob Johnson and Jim "Fish" Fisher. We told them what we wanted and what we could afford and they fully understood our needs and NEVER once did they "push or hassle" us into anything. Buying a car can be scary and overwhelming for many people however their commitment to finding us the right deal to fit our budget was on point! The whole team was loyal and in the car business that's rare. Super respectful, honest, kind and courteous is how I would describe our experience at Hoehn Honda. Ultimately we purchased a beautiful car and my wife and I are very pleased. Thank you Lindsay Bob and Jim for your commitment to the customer.
2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Excellent service, they were able to give me a price I could afford. Ended up getting the best car. Mohammad worked hard to find the best deal for me.
2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I have had several CRVs. I bought this one new in 2022 and love the mileage, the reliability and the look is good too for an economical SUV. My only complaint is that this hybrid does not have a spare tire and I am prone to flats so I was compelled to buy a tire and jack and put it in the back storage area which takes up considerable space. I am not willing to be out after hours with a flat only to have my AAA come and tow it due to not having a tire to put on the vehicle. My next CRV will not be a hybrid because of this issue. I can also say that my mileage has been reduced about 10 mpg after moving from the midwest to south Florida. I can only attribute this to having to use the AC on every trip since the climate is so hot and that is a bit of a disappointment. I used to get right at 40 or more mpg and now get around 30 mpg since the move. I am also glad to see the newer models got rid of the push button shift. It is very annoying in a drive through car wash because pushing the button into drive will not work unless you brake first and with a car directly behind you, it can be a dangerous situation to brake when a car is moving so close behind. My next CRV will have a spare tire and a gear shift in it! But otherwise my Honda has been a winner.

2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I’ve had many Subarus in the past, but wanted a hybrid vehicle. So glad I did with these gas prices! I’m getting 41mpg right now. My favorite things are the trunk kick open feature, my hands are always full. I love the heated steering wheel too. I have the flat matte gray color, I receive lots of compliments and color hides dirt well. Handles well on road, drives nicely. Only thing I would change is size of cup holders, they are small.

2022 Honda Pilot review
We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

Everyone in the service dept I interacted with was top notch. So refreshing to find an auto dealer that truly looks out for the best interest of the customer. Michael Fischetti is the absolute best service writer I have ever dealt with in almost 50 years of driving . Norm Reeves should be commended for running the best auto dealer. I will do everything I can to do more business with this group of professionals !
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Honda of Escondido review
Bottom line is… they actually care about the customer experience & not focused on JUST selling a car. After a disastrous experience at Kia, Honda restored my faith in today’s car salesman. I am very appreciative of their kindness and their patience. Buying a car isn’t always something we as customers are prepared to do and sometimes it’s due to a stressful reason and they were very kind and understanding. I’d give them 10 stars if I could ✌🏼💙

I loved the no hassle and great price on warranties. I would recommend CarMax to everyone.
2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

CarMax Ontario review
Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.
2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I love this hybrid with all its safety and convenience features. It has much more pep than my old CRV and is getting 40 mpg. It is also stylish and almost luxurious. Its cargo capacity is adequate.
