Pensacola Honda review
Purchasing the Honda Odyssey at Pensacola Honda was the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new car! Wendy helped me via the internet purchase process and the trade-in information. Cynthia greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and handled every phase of the purchase. Jason (?) negotiated with me regarding the internet trade-in deal and agreed to honor what was promised online. And Ben (offered me extended care (which I have so far rejected because I was purchasing a Honda, the best minivan in the car industry). Every Pensacola Honda employee did a fantastic job in the process. (Giving each one a 10 out of 10 rating would be too low!) And, the curtesy, professional care, and attention to detail provided by Cynthia was way over the top! I will (and already have have) recommend Pensacola to my friends and associates as the best place in the southeast to purchase a new vehicle. And, Pensacola Honda will be the first place I contact when Carole and I need a new vehicle in the future! Delbert Summey

Best experience we have had at a dealership. Raashaun was over the top. Great customer service, looked out for us, communicated every step of the way. Finance guy was great, and their Sales Manager Shane called and asked if we needed anything several days after the deal. Definitely coming back, definitely referring!

My family purchased a 26 Pilot Sport and an 26 Accord Touring Hybrid and we are beyond satisfied with the vehicles and the treatment we received from Pensacola Honda. Our sales rep, Zach Tocci, seemed as excited about getting the vehicles we wanted as we were. Zach was a great representative of Pensacola Honda. I have now bought 3 vehicles from Pensacola Honda and I have been completely satisfied with each purchase. I definitely would recommend them to others.

Frontier Motors review
My fiancee and I bought a beautiful, lightly used Nissan Murano from these fine people over the weekend. Our sales associate, Randy Stock, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He answered our questions patiently, provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and did not pressure us in any way. The manager we dealt with, Monroe Watley, was kind, clear, and upfront about everything. Again, no pressure, and he was flexible with us on the cost--we wound up getting a great deal! And finally, the finance manager, Brian Merritt, helped us quickly and easily get the best possible APR and monthly payment arrangement for our budget. He offered us an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty--but did so without pressuring us or trying to scare us in any way. When we declined, he immediately moved on and did not push the issue. And that was it--he did not try to sell us key insurance or rustproofing or any of the usual nonsense. And to top it all off, we got a free homemade apple strudel, courtesy of the owners! This will be our first stop next time we buy a vehicle, and I recommend you make it your first stop too--there's a good chance you won't need to shop anywhere else.

Being a widow, this was my first experience buying a car. My husband had always overseen car buying. I drove a lot of cars and didn’t find the one on the first visit. I found my metallic blue Honda CR-V online. Walked into the store and bought it. They replace the front tires and gave it a new paint job with no questions asked. They picked up my car and supplied a loaner car while the work was being done. They also let me drive away but we’re very patient to wait for my insurance check for my totaled car. Prices are very competitive and they don’t add in additional costs. Multiple friends recommended Them and I can now see why. Great service and great price!

I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.

Quick and easy. Sales experience and finance was exceptional. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted. Other dealers did not have the car and color I wanted. Trade allowance was good compared to other dealers.

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
