I couldn’t have had a better experience buying my new car! From sales person to finance person to delivery specialist, everyone went out of their way to be sure I not only got the car I wanted but also that I was comfortable with the financing as well as with all the amenities of the car. I would recommend W and L without any hesitation at all.
2014 Honda CR-V review
Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Great customer service all around! I worked with Darrell Williams and he was amazing, we came in from out of state and were able to work through a lot over the phone/emails. Left with a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross and the process was very easy and honest! Totally recommend his service and the dealership if you are shopping for your next car!
2018 Honda HR-V review
Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2022 Honda Pilot review
We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

2025 Honda Passport review
I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

We just got home from purchasing a Dodge minivan here. It was a great experience from beginning to end! We are so thankful for Steve who helped us out every step of the way. He was very fair with our trade-in as well! This vehicle is great, we love it!

I just recently purchased my 2020 Honda HRV from Phil at South Tacoma Honda in Tacoma Washington. He was friendly and accommodating and worked with me financially to make the finances work.

2018 Honda HR-V review
Nice little car. But.,,I have an oil leak at 32,000 miles. Not good. Otherwise perfect for me. Just wish Honda would start making cars with color. Always silver, white, black. Blah.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

2018 Honda Pilot review
This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Hassle free and easy! I did not feel pressured at all. Every thing was explained to me. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly.
2026 Honda Passport review
Recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport Elite. Love the extra additions at this level. Seats are very comfortable and the heat is great even on your back. Love the 6 cylinder only wish gas tank was larger. Even with the all terrain tires it offers a smooth quiet ride. Sound system is very clear. Interior look is somewhat upscale compared to several other SUV’s I looked at. Interiors size is great. Very spacious with lots of leg room both front and back. Enjoy only having two row seats with the back one being a bench seat. Would definitely purchase again.

Dana and Kenny were very helpful. Spent time with my wife and I to test drive 3 vehicles in the cold and walking all over the lot. We are checking their website for transfer vehicles as the cars we wanted were all marked sold already. Thanks guys!
